Fish with a high degree of swimming and eating ability such as mollies, swordtails, barbs, gouramis, danios, and larger tetras will be attracted to it.
Sure, they will be able to eat them, but they won't provide sufficient nutrition. If you want something like TetraPond Koi Vibrance, you should use it.
There is probably a reason why they added the dye because it would otherwise look horribly ugly. It is marketing, but people would not buy greyish/brown food that looks like a booger.

The fish also seem to like it. I can't believe how great this fish food is! To start with, crisps are less wasteful than other snacks. It has been several years since Tetra Min came out, and I've always eaten the crisps I got with it. I have two silver dollars that are 14 to 15 years old and they have always had Tetra Min. I have some smaller fish that are living longer than they should, even though they look rough so far. They are all healthy and active, a little more difficult to track down than the larger fish. I wonder if I should be eating this stuff (there probably is a noted about it not being for human consumption). One day last year I was in a small pet store (not one of the big chains) and a young lady asked what fish food I used. In my indictment, Tetra Min is accused. Then he proceeded to say their brand was better and Tetra Min was junk food for the It was clear to me that his favorite was probably also quite good, but my fish have been thriving on Tetra Min for a very long time. There is a good chance the salesperson who sold them their special food shared some nice stories with him, and he repeated what he heard. Use a smaller container and save the small You should then dump into the smaller container until the slide lever is present and then refill the bigger container.
This food has been a great experience for me. I currently have an angelfish, a gourami, five coral cats, two giant danios, and an albino pleco in my 25 gallon oceanic. They seem to enjoy the food a lot and go crazy when feeding time arrives. As far as I'm concerned, I haven't encountered any issues. There is a small catch of fish that cannot eat this immediately. Having to wait for it to get "soggy" before they can enjoy it is a necessity. The crisps that remain uneaten and fall to the bottom are eaten by the catfish, which spend witching minutes digesting them.
In addition to the price, others have mentioned that they have noticed that they have been suffering from fish deaths shortly after using the The majority of my fish do fine with this food and it is probably okay for their diet, however, I have several baleen sharks about 2 feet long, so I think it's a bit of a concern. The food is difficult for a few smaller fish in the 3" range and the smaller ones with small mouths. My experience has taught me that I am required to grind it between my fingers so that it can get into their mouths so they can eat it, or else.
The grow room I have is a 150 gallon one The tank contains approximately 70 small angelfish (the size of a nickel to a quarter). It is odd that every other time I feed them, one of the angelfish will die within a couple of hours of getting sick. I never see any signs of disease, and the water parameters seem No matter what, none of them die even if I leave for the weekend without feeding them. If I forget to feed them in the morning also none of them die. Several months prior to this I had not saw any angelfish die, and only started to occur after I started using this food. One of two things is occurring either a rash of coincidences is conspiring to make it look like my fish is dying, or it really is.
I could have sworn this product states the food floats longer and does not sink so quickly, allowing the fish to consume the food for longer, leaving less waste behind. Everything fell straight to the bottom like a waterfall within a matter of seconds, faster than anything else I have ever eaten. I also noticed that my tiger barbs wouldn't even eat any of it, they spat it out. Thus, neither of those claims is true. It is very important to clean the food out of the gravel right away, especially after reading that a fish has died a few hours after Goldfish seem to be eating the berries, but they likely eat anything. They are constantly digging in the rocks and looking.
In place of the flakes, I began buying these crisps. The floating flakes usually get torn up by a power filter in a 50 gallon tank before the fish eat them. My automatic tumbler feeder works better when I am away from home when I have them. They stay tightly rolled up and are easier to handle. Very satisfied with this product!.
We suggest you use a smaller container to store the food for the fish, such as an old bottle or jar. It is recommended to keep the lid on the larger bottle tightly closed so the biggest portion of the bottle remains fresh and you can refill the smaller bottle as.
I have been using it for about a year and have had no problems with My sole fish are cichlids, and I realized right away that I was wasting less food and my water was kept better by wasting fewer nutrients. For small tropical fish, it probably wouldn't be the best food.
