This is my third purchase of this product and I have never had a problem with the In addition, I just refill my 9oz containers and use them for a variety of
Regardless of the type of small mouthed cichlid it is suitable for.
I have been using this flake food since a year ago when I started our African Cichlid tank. Below are some pearls of wisdom I would like to share Feeding the fish should ONLY be the responsibility of ONE person. Please only allow one person to take part at a time. Following that, just a little bit of food. Once you've fed twice what they need, any food that hits the gravel means you've fed twice as much. A good rule of thumb is to change 25 to 50 percent of the water once every week, and ensure that the gravel is cleaned at least every other water change. but not least, ensure the filter is cleaned only with tank water that has been removed, NOT chlorinated tap water.

Africa rift lake cichlids about 7 inches long when about half grown. This Tetra TetraCichlid Balanced Diet Flake is a great choice for them. The fish eat it as it floats all over the floor of the tank, between the bottom gravel and the top of the tank. In order to feed smaller cichlids, you can simply put some flakes onto a hard surface, such as the bottom of a large cereal bowl, and cut them with a table knife. The kind that comes with a dish setting. A black tape was adhered to the knife handle so it would not come into contact with table knives You need not cut everything perfectly, you only have to tap some of the bigger flakes so that they break up into smaller pieces, have no fear of making mistakes. It is not necessary to do any of this for larger To keep the contents fresher, put the can into a gallon-size ziplock bag. But do not put the bag into the can itself. In that way, the food will remain fresher for a longer period of time. In addition to storing it in the refrigerator, we also keep it at room temperature. Our method of injecting the food below the tank surface (so that the water won't trap the flakes on top of the surface and prevent them from sinking) is to inject a syringe filled with Stick one end of the syringe down into the tank, and then press the plunger to help the flakes dissolve. Fill up the syringe with water and then stick it into the tank with the cut flakes inside. It may be necessary to cut off part of the end tip of the syringe so that the ejection hole is larger. This Buytra 2 Pack Garden Syringe 100ML/CC, Plastic Syringe has a capacity of 100ML per coin.
More than 60 African Cichlids are living in my 180 gallon tank (most of them were born in it). Fish food has proven to be very effective for them. This is a great recommendation!.
However, I still have about half of the bucket a 55g tank that's overcrowded (someone wouldn't stop having babies), so they get about a table spoon of sinking shrimp pellets plus two big pinches of flakes (sometimes more if they're I have to admit that some fish prefer pellets over flakes, whereas others aren't interested in pellets. Based on my guess, I would say that 1/3 of them prefer flakes, 1/3 prefer pellets, and 1/3 cannot decide! It depends mostly on the breed, though. It is recommended to feed a variety of foods. Although I was worried they would be real cheap and my fish wouldn't like them, they actually LOVE them, they go mad at dinner time! I'm not sure if the color has changed yet since I started them on this brand. But I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! You should especially look for a good deal if you are in search of one. Honestly, I didn't notice a smell with it. I discovered that the first time you open the bucket there is a little smell, but that fades quickly. It would be A review from the past This is an excellent storage container and I love it. My overpopulated 50 gallon tank has been holding it up well for a long time now. There's no need to look anymore because after hours of research I decided this was the best quantity to price ratio of all the food of this type.
The container is huge! I didn't realize how large it was! The only thing I add to the bowl is real rocks, and I do not add anything else. He gets fresh water every other day, and these flakes are what I feed him. I've been thinking about him almost every day for the past year. This could certainly be caused by these flakes and the frequency with which his water is changed - especially when he doesn't have oxygen in his tank. In addition, this thing gives a lot of value for the price! I appreciate your help.
I cannot believe how great this deal is The item with the large fish piece is very useful if you have more than a few fish. Pet stores offer smaller containers at very high prices, so you will end up paying 5 times as much for them. Despite the fact that my fish do not like it, the water stays clear because of this good fish food. It would be wise for you to buy it. It's a good idea.
It is also loved by many of the neon tetras, angel fish, two yellow cichlids, a redtail shark, a rainbow shark, a pleco, a gourami, and two platys in my aquarium. Would recommend anyone to use this program.
I've been feeding this to my cichlids and barbs, and they seem to In fact, that container is quite large (over 5 ounces), something I really did not realize before I ordered it. Ahahaha! I will feed my fish out of this container for the next 2 years! Oh my god! However, let's move on to what's actually on the plate. These things are a big hit with my fish (African Cichlids, Tiger Barbs). I do not have to worry about my water getting dirty (and I do overfeed a lot).
Omega One flakes are what I use for my fish Omega one would never be eaten by these cichlids. They love the tetracichlid flakes that I got for five bucks. Although I am not certain what it is, I believe that the fish prefer fish meal over whole salmon. They also like Cichlid crisps. Omega one pellets do not appear to be eaten, but omega one flakes do. There are weird things about fish.
