I didn't realize these were going to kill my fish. However, the process took ten months. When I tested my water on my own, I was unable to identify the toxins present, but I am confident that they were the source of several problems in my tank. Ich, fin rot, and a tumor-like bulge in the abdomen were all present in my fish. Water toxins were always present despite the fact that we changed the water every two weeks at most.

For my fairytale fish tank, I purchased these. Before I put them in my tank, I washed them several times. My tank had turned milky white within the first 24 hours, despite adding solutions. Replace the water in the tank. All decorations have been cleaned, and the tank has been re-started. It's milky once more. Five days had passed since we had left. At the same time, ten fish perish. For the past ten months, I've been keeping the same fish. I finally got rid of the rocks and took water samples as well as the rocks to a fish specialist because ROCKS are poisonous. I wouldn't use it in a fish tank. Beautiful, but lethal.

First and foremost, these are not glow-in-the-dark items. However, they appear to glow in the dark when illuminated by an LED light. They're a lovely, deep blue color. It's a little bigger than the average fish tank, but it looks fantastic. The teeny-tiny bag, on the other hand, astounded me. I had a Beta sitting in the tiny cup we had purchased it in for four days, waiting for the rocks to arrive. I told my daughter that once we had the rocks, it would be easier to set up the bowl. I wish I'd realized how little it was. It didn't even come close to covering the bottom, leaving gaps. I can't place any more orders because we had to get the beta into the bowl. Just keep in mind that depending on the size, you'll probably need two or more, and the price was a bit high for what it included.
This is a very low-cost item of poor quality. The seam and small white hanging piece at the end of each "stone" are visible due to the cheap plastic. Half of them sank to the bottom of my tank because they were so light.
I was surprised by how small this product was. It's so small that it could fit in the palm of my hand, and I have a 55 gallon tank.
I charged them for 8 hours in direct sunlight, but they still do not glow. It was a huge let down. I only got to use about three-quarters of what I ordered because there were some sharp plastic pieces in the bag that had to be thrown away, and some of the rocks floated to the top of the tank.
I wanted to place these "rocks" along my driveway after seeing them. I live on the outskirts of town, and it can get dark at times - I also like how driveway lighting creates a "runway" effect. The item was delivered in good condition. I placed them along the driveway, packaged in a strong box. In the sunlight, they're even more appealing. However, because my neighbor's house has bright lights on at night, I can't tell how well they work! So 4 out of 5 for the service, and they look really cool, but one star less because I can't vouch for them completely. How about this for a recommendation? I'm going to go out and get some more to put in the back yard!.
So cute. This was purchased for my daughter's aquarium. Glow in the dark. It's not too heavy. It's ideal for her fish tank. The flat serface is very easy to clean if necessary, and it has a lovely blue color. Combine them with the pink ones, which emit a white glow at night, for a striking contrast.
