They stopped wanting to eat soon after, which is extremely unusual for them. Were we under the impression that they were ill? Then, after a few weeks, our cat food from Amazon arrives, and within the first few days of eating the new food, they are all violently ill, vomiting everything and everywhere. It finally occurred to me that it was AMAZON! My only guess is that the food has expired or that a bad batch has been stored by Amazon. for a long time (after some research) discovering Multiple Amazon Reviews stating the EXACT SAME PROBLEMS, but with different brands of dog food over a long period of time! When I contact Amazon, I'm told it's Subscribe and Save, then I'm told it's IAMS brand, which I don't understand because they have the same reviews for different brands of dog food. Please do not put your pets' lives in jeopardy to save a few dollars. When I say that EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS VIOLENTLY ILL, I am not exaggerating! Vomiting, severe diarrhea, and weight loss are all symptoms of a bacterial infection. Both our cats and dogs react in the same way. There will be no changes to the food brand or flavoring. NOTHING HAS CHANGED OR DIFFERENT, NOT THE AMOUNT OR THE TIME OF FEEDING. The only difference is that we used AMAZON to place our order.
IAMS minichunks adult dog food has always been a favorite of mine. Target is where I get their food. The Proactive Health Minichunks were ordered from Amazon because the label stated that they were good for older dogs. My dogs had a hard time adjusting to this new breed. , and we were shocked to find tons of crumbled nuggets in a fine powdered form when we opened the bag in May. What a waste of time and effort, not to mention a blight on the environment! This is the last time I'll ever order dog food from Amazon! I was extremely dissatisfied with this sloppy food, and my husband is equally dissatisfied with the dog food's quality.
I was able to lose 20 pounds in two weeks with the assistance of this product. My coat is shinier than it's been in a long time, but my only problem is my penchant for sniffing the backs of cars and chasing them down. It's dog food, after all. I buy more after the dog eats it and poops it. Iams is the one he prefers.
Since 2000, I've been feeding IAMS to my dogs. I'm not interested in changing. It's always expensive (at least in my budget), but Amazon has some great deals. But it's the only one I buy no matter where I go! I like to put hot water in a bowl with a dash of soup flavor and set it aside for a few minutes. Until I put it down, the dogs go absolutely insane. Please accept my apologies, but there is no better dog food in my opinion. Small chunks of "pro health" kibble are what I use.
My lab is picky about her food, and my pit has acid reflux, so finding something that both of them can eat while also being safe to feed them has been difficult. We switched from Rachel Ray because it has been shown to cause heart murmurs in animals over time. br>During the first two weeks after the switch, they had irregular bowel movements, which is to be expected when changing their diets. They've been on this diet for about a month and are having regular bowel movements, which means my pit no longer has axis reflux symptoms. I like how the smaller bites make them eat more slowly. br>br>I highly recommend this food and have no reservations about giving it to my children.
I researched the various options and decided on this brand of food because of the perceived quality and low price. My dog didn't seem to mind the change from the old to the new dog food. I haven't noticed any changes in her behavior or anything, so I can't say whether the new dog food is making her feel better or not. But I did notice that her fur coat felt much cleaner (no longer greasy) and that she no longer had that "dog" odor. I should've switched to a better dog food a long time ago! I am very pleased with the quality and value that this Iam's offers!.
I never considered food coloring as an additive to dog food until one of my dogs, who is now deceased, started having seizures whenever he ate anything that contained food coloring. Rudy died a few months after switching to Iams minichunks because I discovered it too late. br>br>I've always added vegetable oil with a pinch of garlic every day, so I did the same with Iams. My three older dogs can now keep up with my one-year-old puppies and aren't as grumpy as they used to be! They're all having a good time outside. br>br>Thank you, Iams!.
I stick with this because it's one of the few foods that doesn't bother my dog's stomach. That's something to keep an eye on. I had subscribed to something. It fluctuated by up to $8 if you saved it. This isn't the case in my neighborhood, so I canceled the plan and will only order when the price is right and we're hungry.
