It was delivered via USPS to my home in Ohio. Because the package was too heavy, I had to make an appointment with my local USPS office. It's such a hassle because if I had time to go pick it up, I wouldn't have ordered online.
Personally, I would not feed a Corgi a dog food labeled for large breeds. What makes you think you'd want to do that? There is a significant difference in size. Is it possible that a small breed dog is getting too much protein?
Amazon has it for $43.

Purina ONE SmartBlend for LARGE Breeds is the best dog food I've ever tasted! We've tried Blue Buffalo, Nutro, and Science Diet, but none of these high-end dog food brands have met our baby's needs as well as Purina. Our dogs adore the taste, but it also benefits their joints by providing the nutrients they require to be such big, gentle giants. For weeks, our 12-month-old Great Dane had been suffering from "growing pains. " We took him to the vet a few times, and they finally did an x-ray on him. rays that revealed inflamed growth plates and surrounding areas- He began to limp and cry in pain as a result of this. This was either due to a lack of nutrition in his diet, or he was displaying symptoms of a genetic disease, necessitating a visit to a genetic specialist for our boy. Our veterinarian first recommended that we switch our boys' food to Purina ONE SmartBlend Natural LARGE BREED Formula. Our Dane has been happy and healthy since we made the switch! He used to limp around the house, crying and sleeping for the majority of the day because walking and playing hurt him. He's back to being our happy, healthy kid! It took approximately three hours to complete. It took 5 days for us to notice a difference in his energy level and walking ability. He's gained a healthy amount of weight and appears to have matured into his jurrasic persona! He was unfortunately deficient in the nutrients he required to grow big and strong, despite being the largest in his litter! It's incredible how changing his diet has given him so much energy and that his limp has vanished! Following your x-ray procedure, His joints appear to be in perfect condition after changing his diet. It's as if they've never been enraged before! Thank you, Purina ONE! br>br> In our family, you have made a lifelong friend.
For over a year, I've been giving it to my two Mastiffs. My male weighs 200 pounds and is still growing, while my female weighs 160 pounds and is half my age. They enjoy the food, and it is one of the more nutritious dog foods available.
They consume semi-processed foods. raw, and it's something I keep on hand for those hectic or exhausting days. I've tried both the expensive $70 bags and the less expensive bags, and they all reject them except this one. 25%organ 25% muscle 25% green veg 25% colorful vege 25% raw for those curuois = 25%organ 25% muscle 25% green veg 25% colorful vege 25% colorful vege 25% colorful Because some of our dogs will not eat raw meat, it is quickly chnuked and charred on the outside and left raw on the inside. as well as others. They each have their own distinct personalities. However, when I run out of their semiraw food or forget to defrost their semiraw food, they all accept this food. When they reject the ones I thought would be better, it gives me a boost of confidence! Or maybe they don't like my food and go for something else, but this is a general rundown and my go-to kibble.
MY LAST MASTIFF DIED AT THE AGE OF FIVE YEARS; br>AND MY VET RECOMMENDED THAT I GIVE THIS DOG A GOOD HIGH QUALITY LARGE BREAD DOG FOOD; MY SISTER ALWAYS GAVE THIS FOOD TO HER LARGE DOG, AND HE LIVED FOR 12 YEARS; SO I'VE BEEN FOLLOWING IN HER STEPS. OUR MASTRIF HAS SHOWED NO SIGN OF AGING AT ALL, AND THE RESULTS OF THE DOG FOOD HAVE MADE ME MORE THAN HAPPY. CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF IT! IN ADDITION, THE CHUNKS COME IN A VARIATION OF SIZE, SOME OF WHICH ARE LARGER THAN OTHERS. IT MAKES NO SENSE WHEN LARGE BEAD DOG FOOD CONTAINS TINY PIECES! THIS IS VERY APPEALING TO MY CHARLI! AND IT APPEARS TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR HER.
For the past seven years, I've been buying the same food, which she has always enjoyed. I bought it and went on a hunger strike when we ran out; I tried but failed to persuade her to switch back. Unfortunately, I bought a lot of the old stuff, so I've had to mix it in with my stockpile of older food to get her to eat it. br>br>I'm not sure what's in it, but it's a big hit with my dog.
We have to keep an eye on the ingredients in his food because we have a Great Dane. Purina One Smartblend has been our go-to dog food since the beginning. We now have a four-year-old Dane who is in excellent health and has never had any stomach problems.
Years ago, I raised my successive dogs on good old Purina Dog Chow, and I stuck to it through hounds and Dobermans, but years later, as there was more talk about dogs needing to eat "healthier" dog foods, I began experimenting with various kinds of dry dog food. Then I got my first pure breed dog and the breeder didn't push any specific brand, but I did stress use large breed puppy food for the first year, then switch So I asked my vet, and she suggested that I start with a puppy and then progress to an adult after a year. I'm on my third Standard Poodle, and each one has been healthy and happy. I've taken in my nephew's old basset/dachshund mix, and she's on Purina One's 'Maturity', and she's got enough energy/spunk to smack down my Standard, who just turned 2, so I'm sticking with this brand for now.
He started with puppy food and progressed to adult, but he was never a fan. I tried a different brand twice, but he didn't care for it. I had to mix it with a tablespoon of chicken broth to get him to eat it, and even then he would turn it down. Until I read some Purina One Smart Blend reviews, I thought I had a picky eater. After he finished his dinner, he went to the pantry and stood there until I gave him a few more pieces. This morning, it was the same with breakfast. Until now, he has never voluntarily consumed his food. FYI: The bits aren't teeny-tiny round nuggets. They range in price from to 5 to . 75 inches in length Thank you for all of the positive feedback, as well as Purina!.
