Installing this program requires that you read the instructions at the beginning. Prior to installing the gate, make sure you don't cut the tie that holds the door to the gate. In spite of that, I misplaced some parts I should have used since I didn't really read the directions. When I contacted Rainbow Trade Co. , they responded promptly. I immediately asked if the parts could be mailed to me. In the title it is clear what the book is about. In particular, the larger male dog has to be told to stay off of it, but so far it has been able to take all of the beating. Additionally, I appreciate the safety latch up top. Since my dogs are smart, I was afraid they'd figure it out quickly, but it's easy to use and complex enough to not let them lose their minds at the same time. Only two warnings I perceive it as almost criminal that the Vmaisi Baby Gate Wall Cup Protector was not included. That is a truly necessary attachment as it was marketed as a 'must buy' on the Amazon webpage.
