Attaching to the collar is simple and quick. Our golden retriever is the right size for this. Our active dog will appreciate the durability of this product. We had no problems with battery life. This is an excellent tracker that allows me to openly pin my cat within a given area. Between my window and the tracking app, I can sometimes see him come in and out of view. br>br>On the other hand, when he's in a bush, it can't handle it. The signals are muddled as a result of the interference. When my cat is in a bush anywhere in the surrounding houses, the tracker appears to have picked the area where two of my neighbor's trees converge coverage and pings him right there. At the very least, I know that as soon as the tracker says that area, I need to begin searching through all of the bushes.

I occasionally have to travel to different countries, so I needed a tracker that would work in any location. Many trackers use SIM cards, but not all countries are covered. Then there are those that use RF, but the tracking distance is limited, whereas the technology used by Petfon gives me the confidence to travel anywhere in the country with my kitty cat without fear. The tracker that goes on my cat is a little larger than I'd like, but when compared to all the other products that would fit my needs, this was the smallest, and the weight isn't noticeable. I have a 6-year-old son. month- 10 pound old Toyger who seems unconcerned about the tracker on his collar. The ability to use a default or customized ring tone, as well as the ability to make the tracker flash colors, makes it simple to locate pets nearby at any time of day or night. Overall, I'd recommend this product. (I'll post a picture once I can get my kitten to sit still long enough for the camera. ) ) I had read in other reviews that there is no option to choose a cat breed, but when I opened the app, I was surprised to see it there. I'd still use the product if the option was not available.

The app and its components are simple to use and assemble. In addition, the tracker is not too heavy or bulky for my 5 pound dog to wear. It also has a nice design, complete with sounds and flashing multi-colored lights. as a choice of colors; In the dark, this makes it simple to locate calm pets.

Fortunately, we have wonderful neighbors who have known Bella for years and have escorted her back home when they find her wandering the neighborhood. But, as winter set in and daylight dwindled, we realized we needed to get her a tracker so we could feel safe letting her out unattended. My son did some research and showed us the Petfon smart tracker that he found on the internet. It appeared to be an excellent alternative. It's small (1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches), fits easily on her collar, has no monthly fee, and is very simple to use. We've used it three times now to locate Bella in the middle of the night, and the Petfon tracker has always led us right to her. The app makes it very simple to quickly and accurately locate her. Knowing where our dog is at all times thanks to the Petfon tracker has given us a lot of peace of mind. We want Bella to have the best quality of life possible in her golden years, and the tracker can help us achieve that goal. br>As well, excellent customer service.

Since November, I've been attempting to return it for a refund. 2020 The website for the lithium battery transport doc. label, which is one of Amazon's three labels, does not work. UPS has stated that it will not accept packages without an air freight rtn label. Amazon is also unable to obtain it. I was on the phone with Amazon for hours. I'm hoping that Amazon will either send me the lithium battery transport label I need from the website listed on their return label, or give me a full refund without me having to return the item because of their label problem.

To begin with, I had high expectations for this dog GPS. Our product did not come with a manual, so I had no idea how to set it up. I had to go to YouTube and look up how-to videos on how to do it. When my dog exited her safe zone and entered the danger zone, it didn't notify me. Worst of all, it would not stop beeping for no apparent reason. There was always a busy signal on the customer service number. As a result, no assistance is available. In the end, I had to send it back.
