Hello, Furtrieve can be used anywhere in the world, but only if you're based in the United States. This means the device will primarily work in the United States, but it will be able to roam in Mexico for a limited time (we haven't expanded into Mexico yet).

I received the device quickly and also purchased a one-year service. br>Everything worked fine except for the fact that my phone couldn't connect to the device; I contacted the seller, who was extremely helpful in resolving the problem. br>The problem wasn't with the device or with my phone. The issue is that I live in an area where the seller's satellite does not provide service. As a result, it was unable to connect. br>As a result, this incredible device will only function in areas where satellite coverage is available. I'm hoping to see it out here soon as well. br>The customer service was excellent, and I will receive a refund.
