Product Description

In small ponds, approximately 3 x 6 x 1, the Complete Filter Kit with Pump is ideal for preventing debris from hitting the pump, facilitating growth of beneficial bacteria, and providing circulatory action. There is a 5 foot difference. This is a large file.
kit includes a 330 GPH pump, a sloped lid, a coarse filter, a fine filter, bio-balls, a 3-tier fountain nozzle, a diverter valve, 2 extension tubes, an adaptor
It pumps water up to 500 gallons per hour and is ideal for ponds up to 330 gPH.
Because the filter box lid slopes, heavy debris will roll off the top rather than settle on it.
Large debris is caught by the coarse black filter, while small debris is caught by the fine blue filter.

Questions & Answers

What is the average time it takes to filter green water out of a 125gallon pond?

It works well with this setup. Earlier this year the pump was replaced after over 5 years of usage. As far as the media filter and box set go, they continue to be my favorites. A lot depends on how long and what kind of filter is used. Sometimes it takes about an hour to clear the water with the blue filter. After setting up, I would do a really good cleaning or a partial water change, and then I would clean the filters every few days for about a week to remove the gunk. To protect the pond from direct sunlight, make sure that it is almost completely shady. If you want to make the box last longer, fill it with water before putting it in the box It does not float or move.

MF002P and this model are similar, but what makes the latter different?

There is a different brand or seller for the mf002p. I see that the same setup is used. The totalPond was purchased at a substantial discount compared to the list price I had great success with my purchase, but keep in mind that you need to remove the submerged system from the pond to clean the Although it is a bit messy, the system still works well for my 150-gallon You also have to be patient as the biochange occurs over a period of about 6 months During the kicking in of the system.

There's just a tad more power I need. Can this box be used with a larger pump? How big does the pump need to be to fit in the ?

DD11210 *br> DD11330 and DD11560. This filter is compatible with Totalpond pumps MD11300, MD11500, DD11210, DD11500 and DD11500.

Does the power cord on this pump have a long length?

16 feet is the length of it.

I went from a cloudy pond to a clear one in just three I've been having trouble with cloudy water in my small stock tank pond, mainly in the summer months
5/5

My pond is about four years old, and over time as the fish grew, the amount of poop increased significantly to the point where I had to eliminate it. This was a product I bought with mixed expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. Three days later the pond was just as clean as when it was new, and after a full week, I was able to clearly see the bottom, which was something I had never done before. This is Rich.

It performs exactly as it should
4/5

The pond I have is 350 gal. , with 3 turtles and a couple dozen minnows in it. Keeping the water clean is made very easy with the filter. The filter is a biological filter, which takes a few weeks to establish a good strain of The water stays clear once the bacteria bloom. My turtles move from their outdoor to indoor pond every 3 months and I clean the filter pad and the entire filter every 6 months when I move them from the outdoor pond to the indoor pond. A UV filter, in combination with this filter, has kept the pond water crystal clear. The algae (which turns the water green) is killed by this UV filter. It would not have been necessary to use a UV filter if the pond was not in direct sunlight. The setup I'm using has been with me for over two years and I've been very happy with it so far. Similarly, as the turtles grow larger, I will be using a larger pump, but I will keep the setup.

Small ponds will benefit from this product
5/5

In the landscape of my home and near the entrance, there is a small pond. It is a rock-based water pump used to create the movement of water and waterfalls. There are times when it works fine and then I would like if it were easier to clean and would last longer.

Exactly what I had in mind
5/5

Having to replace an old pump for my little pond was a necessity for me. I like this pump a lot. The product provides a connection for a variety of The curved top of the filter is good for preventing debris from sitting on top of it and blocking the filter's performance. As compared to the last pump I had, this one has a bit more power. This is the time I have been waiting for. I can't wait to connect my waterfall in the spring.

Worked for one month and then stopped

In the beginning, the fountain spray was great, but about a week ago it didn't work it seems that the pump isn't providing enough power to push the stream of water up to the top.

I think the product is good The product overall is good, but we would have liked to see some additional fountain head options, and you need to be careful of the unit once it is filled with water, which is very light and may move
4/5

The unit should have been anchored in place by a weighted base.

I like this pump - This filter kit has two filters
5/5

The company is solidly built. It has a good reputation. The pump and filter are very nice, and everything works great The kit comes in one piece. This is a simple kit to put together and figure out how to use (or not). The side-spatter hose attachment allows a good flow through even when using the side-spatter The noise is not too bad, but a little bit. It is recommended for ponds over 50 gallons in size.

The total pool
4/5

It was significantly cheaper than it would have been at the manufacturer's or major box store! It can be put together easily - You may need to weigh the pump down if you have an issue. We have to wait until it has been This fountain includes a great assortment of fountain heads and parts for hooking up the As a result of all of this- It is a good value to have one pump and filter. When I priced the pieces separately, it was a lot more expensive. In order to hook up your spitter, you will need pond tubing, which costs about $9 at Home Depot for 20 feet, but you can be up and running in about an.
