My expectations were met with this item

I was pleased with the filtering service. Although it is a bit pricey, it is a thick and durable filter. I have a little bit of a unique situation, however. Once I had emptied and cleaned my pond and had the filter installed, I planned to use it with my pond filter system. Once I used this item, I discovered an alternative method of filtering the pond water and was no longer in need of it. Although the 30-day return policy had passed, I still wanted to return the item. When I found it would be more costly to return the item than to get a full refund, I kept it and will find a use for it. The company communicated well and eventually offered to refund my money, but I kept it and will do all I can to utilize it. In any case, I was impressed by the company (Filter Pro) and their willingness to work on my project. Service that went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
