Questions & Answers

The filter can be used as a prepump filter, but should it be used in waterfall filters?

Having put it in before the pump but after the course filter pad, his son put it in the skimmer bow. It took a week to change it every day, but the pond is now crystal clear after changing it 1 Each week, there are two. Seeing the difference made a lot of sense. The cost was well worth it.

Wrap the tube around the pump or not? A small pond with a diameter of 3 feet and a depth of about 10 inches stands in my garden. ?

An evaluation of 4 was given to me. I have used these filters in a pond that is 5 feet deep and 25 feet in diameter for nine years. Between the pump and the inlet, I have wrapped the material around the pump and created a filter layer. There are no apparent problems with layering, and cleaning is easier. The layering method works just as well and I only have to clean once a week during the spring and summer when algae buildup is at its highest. When I wrap the pump, I have to clean the filters daily during those seasons.

Does anyone have a confirmation on the width of this filter roll?

There is no specific information I can provide. It did not come off the roll in 12"X12" PCS. I think I got about 10 to 12 pieces from it.

Can you tell me how wide it is?

There are 12 in it. The width of this example is 5".

A company with honor and professionalism
5/5

The product is awesome too, by the way. As you see, I ordered the Dye-based product at first, but then I swapped it with the Color-based I was sent the blue-and-white filter pad instead of the free all white pad One that is bound together. The white one was essential to me for a particular purpose, so I didn't want to gripe. My business consultant contacted the seller and asked them if they could do anything to help. Their mistake had been corrected at no cost to me. Items I had ordered on Prime had arrived faster than I expected both times. There may be differences between you and me. The product is well cut and is true to the The companies that claim to be the best sometimes exaggerate. The product delivered was true to its description, which is unusual I will buy from you again without a doubt.

It's an excellent filter for ponds
5/5

The Koi Pond we have used this filter in is managed by this filter. Despite its ease of cutting, installation, and cleaning, it can be, at least in part, a challenging task. Other filters are available, but I prefer the one I'm using now.

I was happy with the price
3/5

It was good at the time, but no longer stands I will not be buying it again as it's not what we had hoped it would be. There are 2 Koi ponds in our yard, one of which has a river bed that connects the smaller pond with A total of 40,000 gallons are contained in both ponds. I agree, for both it will be 40,000 gallons. Our ponds are equipped with a large filtration system, and we have also installed submersible pumps. It consists of the submersible pumps packed in a type of crate with openings (like a milk crate), and a filtration media is inserted between the pumps and the media. By filtering more water and adding more air circulation to the water, you can filter more However, the filter media doesn't hold up, it collapses like a towel, it is too thin to serve the purpose it was intended for. There is no way to keep its shape and it breaks down. The filter media worked for a day, but afterwards we had to throw it away, as it wasn't durable enough. Our AquaFlo filter media is more robust than other filter media we use so it can handle what we do.

Caught fine sand and silt
5/5

As I already had a large mesh filter to catch larger debris in my garden pond, I started having problems with fine silt accumulating on the rocks inside the pond. It was unsightly, but impossible to get rid of. In my case, I cut and placed the media pad on top of the mesh filter and it has done an incredible job in catching fine silt. I wash the filters every day so I am able to see how much it has captured.

This is the perfect tank for reefs
5/5

I have nothing to complain about. The filter did what it was supposed to do and was exactly what we expected. In the picture you'll see a Peroni so you get an idea of scale. To fit them in my overflow, I usually cut them into small rectangles of 2" x 4". The supply should last me quite a while, and I plan to reorder when it expires. The only complaint I have is that it feels a little less durable than other filters I have used. However, I do not anticipate that it will present any challenges.

Filter that is wrapped around the Donner pump works well
5/5

My bird bath fountain had a Danner rigid pump filter on the front of the pump, but due to dirty feet of the birds, I was having to clean the filter every week. I use this in bird bath fountains. This was cut into a piece and wrapped around the Danner senior I laced a piece of wire around the center of the hard plastic filter to secure it in place. Since I have had it rigged up on the pump 5 weeks ago, the fountain still runs as strong as the day I put it on. Since I have another filter with this around it, I can just keep the dirty filter off and place the clean one on as soon as I rinse out the one I Thank you. I am very pleased with the result.

It's an excellent medium for filters
5/5

For my fish pond, I love this product for its durability and filtering capabilities. This media helps to keep a fish pond clear since I have a large one. Thank you for a great product that cleans every time it is used.

on the Price
3/5

I was a bit skeptical because the price was significantly less than what big box retailers were charging. Among many options available, this was listed as being thicker so I selected it because it had that description. Although it's the advertised height, the material is a lot lighter and fluffier than advertised. I am not sure how to describe this, but they are not dense like the filter pads I am used to and they do not last as long. It is true that they trap debris as well as I'm not talking about fish, but algae. I found this to be an OK purchase, but I'll try to get a more durable filter pad next time. We were very pleased with the customer service and received our order the same day.
