Questions & Answers

The price difference between this model and the smaller, lower amp model is why this is cheaper?

It's definitely a steal at that price! Definitely one of the best mowers on the market. This is the best power cord I've ever owned. It's the extra amp, and you wouldn't think one extra amp would make a difference, but this thing doesn't have a problem tearing up the grass as well as some gasoline mowers I've used in the past. This is a great deal.

Can you tell me how much cable the mower comes with?

I would like to wish you an enjoyable day, Like my former electric mower (Black and Decker), the cord is relatively short. We usually require at least two (30 feet to mow the whole yard) outdoor extension cords to run it.

The mover is corded and has a rear bagger as well as being a mulching mower. Furthermore, I wanted a power supply that had a 13 amp rating, as well as Can we fold the handles so that they're easier to store?

The answer to all questions is yes. The mulching bag comes with my unit, but I also use it for weeding. I was able to get an extra little bit of speed from the 13 amp mower over my previous The unit has been a pleasure to use.

On the inside, it is stamped in tiny letters as being 15AWG, so I think it is a 100' cord. As well as 3x15awg, the item is marked Do you also not care about the voltage? Is that so?

Hi Kfreer, the gauge 15 at 100' of this 13 amp unit is too small to work with. If you wish to run a line of 100', you will need a 10 gauge.

The Edited version of 8/15/2017 is below. The rating is now 5 stars because, even given the issues below, I would purchase this product again if I could find it in this category over any of its competitors. The program has worked for me for four years and it still works as well as when I first got it. did mention that there can be poor cut quality in some situations. Although when mowing this is the only time it happens, I found it to occur when blade speed falls too low. The process of cutting thick or tall grass with the discharge open will improve the pace and quality of the cut in this scenario, however there are limitations, regardless of the method, you will still have a poor cut. I need to get a few things out of the way, as those factors do not affect the product score, since all products in this category will have these 1

A corded mower like this is available for purchase. There are times when the cord is a real It may not be a good idea to use the gazebo if there are many trees or obstacles in your way. * ** 2. You will be limited to the power available out of a 120V outlet and what an extension cord can handle (about 1650W, for reference, 1 HP uses 745W). 1. 2. 3. This is very cheap to operate since there are no batteries to wear out or engines to refuel or reoil. The cost of running this mower at maximum output is usually between $8 and $12 per hour A 25c/hour rate. Moreover, you gain a price advantage in comparison to gas or cordless units, which generally cost between 50 and 60 percent less than the aforementioned models. It is 100 percent more than that. 4 *br Unlike gasoline engines, slowing down an electric motor generally allows it to generate more power and speed up again (in contrast to hitting something). Then, what benefits do you get from In other words 1

The deck is made of steel 21 inches wide. Approximately 19 is the blade's real size. In total, you will have an inch and a half on each side of the deck you won't have to Compared with the B&W, you can get a much closer cut using this This material is used for very thick plastic housings on D plastic models. Furthermore, it will withstand rocks and sticks much better than plastic. I found both the discharge cover and bag to be easy to attach and solid. This also makes it look more like a lawn mower and less like something expected for a big kid. The second one. This is a light weight (55 lbs). A battery electric range of 90lbs or gas range of 90lbs). Having larger wheels at the rear of the vehicle makes maneuvering easier. This is a great height adjuster that has a single lever and is spring loaded so you can raise or lower it with one hand.

3. One operation that accomplishes 3 things There are a lot of electric lawn mowers, whether cordless or corded, that have limited power most get around this by using blade designs that are less efficient. They generate less lift, but they are slower to mulch. Performing mulching on a reasonably well manicured lawn doesn't significantly affect cut quality and performance, but mulching on very tall or very dense grass will reduce those attributes. Quite a few electrics do not have a discharge option as this model has one, so it remains a good choice for thick grass and improves cut speed significantly without wasting your clippings. Are there any bad things? 1

There could be a shield on the wheels and axles so the cord does not tend to wind around them and go under them. The second one. Muddling thick things is slow, and mowing thick grass can take quite a bit of time (and results in clumps. 1) I think this is usually related to the blade design. When moving fast through thick patches, it will cut, but leave a few standing if it were lifted, it might lift these up (and also help propell Sadly, there doesn't seem to be any standard mounting holes on the blade, so that's problematic. I will go into more detail now. A quick run-down There is a brushed DC electric motor on this lawn mower A brushless DC motor is lighter and less expensive than an AC synchronous motor or an induction motor. Although some are more efficient and durable, others are less so. In terms of efficiencies, the Globe 7080 has a 68% peak efficiency (according to its specification). Maximum performance at 3500RPM (590 W There are a number of reasons why that is problematic The mowers are generally limited (by agreement) to a maximum blade tip speed of 19000 feet per minute (for the safety of items that will The higher the blade speed, the more lift the grass has so it can be lifted into the cutting path for cleaner cuts. On this mower, the blades are moving at 17,800 FPM at the maximum efficiency. You'll bog it down if you start cutting too fast. It will keep spinning as torque builds up because it's electric, but peak power won't be reached until you get to an 11,600 FPM speed. It is too slow and you will start seeing missed cuts and ragged lines (I noticed this in actual use). Since you can't really cut anything at that speed, the maximum power that you can use is closer to 600W We are talking about less than 1HP, which is 650W. Comparatively, a Honda GCV160 engine at 3600 RPM (a common governor setting for push mowers) generates about 3425 Watts, dropping to around 2800 Watts at 3000 RPM. The supply of electricity to a mower like this is obviously limited. While serviceable, it is far from brilliant if a brushless motor was used here, it would certainly cost more, but could produce much higher efficiency might be designed for peak power Listed below are the specifications for the motor. There is a 12Amp corded 20-foot extension cord on the 20-foot extension cord With inch, the cut was better and it looked like it got less bogged or slowed down

The GreenWorks 25112 13 Amp Corded 21-Inch TV has been owned and used since consuming its power The GreenWorks 25022 12-amp corded 20-inch is available in a 20-inch version only The 12 Amp Corded 20-Inch lawnmowers gave me the best performance for a 20-Inch mower With inch, the grass seemed less tall / wet and to get bogged / slowed down less easily. However, the other lawnmower did everything better than this one regardless of how well it does the job.

It is good to have The only caveat is that I rate this 5 stars with a caveat
5/5

How well does it come off and bag and how well does it do its In short, yes. What kind of stuff should it be used for? I say no! I need this lawnmower for my little yard, which is in decent shape (like mine). Despite the fact that it doesn't wuss out when it comes to cutting high grass and weeds, you might want to consider a heavier duty application if you're going to knock over small limbs and rocks. It was discovered by one user that there is a lot of grass clippings and debris under the hood and around the motor when the top is off. As I mentioned, I removed the top (you will need a Phillips head screwdriver with a long shaft) to take a look at it When you first look at it you are struck by how small it is and how delicate the connections are. There is also the stuff that made its way into the system. If the motor got clogged up with debris or abused, this isn't a set up that could last for a very long time. The work I do for a living is maintenance work for buildings The piece that gets cut off and a bit of clean up after each cutting isn't a big deal to The problem is. The kind of person who just needs to plug in or use the device and then leave it out in the open - that's not for you. The mower you're looking at is not a good fit. Here are a few facts you should consider You can really tell the difference if you take off the top of each and allow your eyes to For light work, is it a good machine? In short, yes. Does it have the durability to take a beating and keep on ticking? That's not what I mean. If you want to abuse one, then If I got more robust application, I might be able to get it. I won't have any issues with it in its current state, so I am OK with it. Remove the top if you wish, and if you do, put some anti-seize on the screws before you reattach them, and stuff the screw holes with cotton balls so dirt doesn't get in the holes. It was a good purchase - I'm not sorry about it I can see how commonly people treat lawn equipment the equipment works fine but they treat it badly. )This isn't the Hulk Hogan of lawnmowers There is one more thing to mention. In my experience, this product has the best height adjustment of all the ones I've used Here's an example of genius 1) It is an excellent electric bicycle Bush hogging is not for me.

I am happy with the results

Be aware that an Extension cord is needed. The battery in my old corded black and decker dead about six months ago, so I bought this mower to replace it. Most of the problems with the older mower were related to the extension cord. Short 14 gauge cord became less effective over time (resistance increased) and was no longer able to provide the mower with the necessary amps. A motor that has been 'brown out' for an extended period of time has no life left. With a new 12 gauge cord for that mower, the speed and torque increased, but the damage was already With this Greenworks mower, I decided to take no chances and picked up a 10 gauge electrical cord. This cord is heavier and bulkier, but it fits nicely underneath the mower. mower's cord and sharp blade, it works fairly close to, if not equal to, a gas lawnmower. The same as the novel I own (which I also own). You can tell if you hit tall grass by the dip in RPM you hear when you hit it. Took 6 in just a few minutes Grass that was 8 inches tall has been cut down to 2". In the end, this mower did what it was supposed to do. As of yet, no complaints have been filed.

An example of a bridge rectifier that frequently fails is the result of poor The unit stopped working after two years of use and would trip the circuit breaker each time I tried to use it due to dead shorts
3/5

With a little research, I found out that the bridge rectifier had failed because of such poor installation so it may have been out of date. It seems this is the most common problem, and it is made difficult to get to, since the screws that hold the cover over the engine components are designed in such a way that water accumulates in the compartment, and the screws rust, and they cannot be removed without In this case, the bridge rectifier slides off after use due to loosening the screw, and the heat sync overheats as a result. Despite the low quality of design and assembly, this product seems to have a lot of problems.
