Our lawn was cut with the weedeater four weeks ago (DO NOT do that for a yard that is half an acre or larger). Thus, I purchased this mower as an alternative to replacing my husband and/or my I found it easy to assemble. This is what I did. We just mowed our half-acre plus yard and it was smooth sailing from start to finish. It's easy to operate, does a great job cutting, and doesn't pose any problems with pushing. A half acre of wood needs to be cut but if you're in good shape you can do it without too much effort. One hour of pushing a mower costs around 300 calories.
