After the initial test on my small yard, it worked for about 30 minutes, but did not start the second time. I contacted Craftsman customer service who advised that I will need to take it to a local repair shop since I'm past the 60-day return period. Due to this, it can't be used more than once for an hour because it's been used just once. It would not be my first choice to buy this model again and I was not impressed with the customer service I received when I called to have the issue resolved.

Can you please include me on that list. The mower was easy to put together, and the first cut went smoothly. I used about a half tank of gas for the entire yard. A few weeks later, it started up and ran so choppy that I went through half a tank of gasoline before I finished the front yard.
