Making sure nothing interferes with the blades is important. A similar thing took place to me and it was due to me not extending the handle all the way
With this mower, you should NOT mix the gasoline and oil together. During assembly, the mower comes with oil that goes in a separate compartment. Then a tank of NON ETHANOL gas is added to the mower. In other words, this mower does not operate in two cycles. It's amazing what it can do. My heart beats for yours.
I found this to be very simple and easy to assemble. Taking the handle apart and tightening the bolts is all that needs to be done. Once you have the oil that is included, you are ready
It's not as hard as you might think, but it does take some effort. As long as you follow the directions, there is no need for any tools. In terms of difficulty, putting in the oil is the toughest part. To make your funnel, you'll need one. In the manual it says where to find the instructions on how to attach the discharge cover. I take an hour to do it. It is possible to have expert assembly, but it will cost an extra $60.

The package arrived quickly and I was able to put it together and start the program. I'm 68 years old and it was not difficult.
You can't really ask for anything more basic than that, it's light, overpriced, and basic to boot For a thick lawn, it is almost underpowered. The only complaint I have is that oil shouldn't be shipped in a bag. A leaking oil bag filled with instructions and other information was placed in a larger baggie along with the oil bag. The whole assemblage was soaked in oil from the leaky The instructions were virtually illegible, but luckily it was apparent to a nine-year-old without any help. I also noticed that some oil had leaked into the main box, but not enough to notice from the outside. Once I filled it with the correct amount of 10w30 oil, I mowed a large area of grass to see how it worked, and it cut perfectly smoothly. A simple start led to a mowing that remained steady for almost an hour. Another thing I would say is that the safety deflector flap in back is not going to last long because it is flimsy and bounces back and forth under the mower if you go under bushes, etc.
The Black and Decker I am replacing is built almost identically to the TSC Huskee I was replacing. All that really separates the MTD push mowers is the names, colors, and the additional cc in the engine size. I think that's exactly what's going on here. I'd say it's a good deal for the cost! Two weeks ago, I used it twice and it worked.
This Push Mower was in good condition upon arrival. I found assembling it to be fairly straightforward. In addition to the motor oil, the mower was supplied with oil. Having that as a plus was a nice surprise. Having used it three times already, I am a big fan. I was cut in the small of my back. It's okay to have a 33 acre yard. Having a hard time getting the mower to work is the main problem. There isn't enough power to power Despite its small power output, the mower is not very efficient. It is impossible to control the speed of the mower. It would be helpful if you lived in a similar There is a lot of rain. Therefore, you do not will be able to maintain your lawn in a way that it should be. You might want to cut it a little higher if it gets too Despite the mower's efforts, it had a hard time cutting For me to get the yard mowed without eating my mower, I usually have to mow it twice. For what it is, the mower is quite expensive. It's a decent push mower with less power than its competitors.
It was easy to put together and was ready to use immediately. Upon opening the box, I began cutting my grass in less than 20 minutes. This is a ten out of ten recommendation.
It has already been used by my husband today and he I love how well it moves and the wheels adjust easily for me. I give it 5 stars.
Nothing happens when you pull the starter rope. This is a pile of junk you should not buy. My manufacturer is contacting me now, I will return it to Amazon if they can't assist me. I have updated I called the support number and no one answered (I waited on hold for an hour, nothing was said to the customer service representative). It was discovered that the connection from the coil was loose. After reseating it and crimping it, it works fine. I was able to get it running afterward. The primer still needs to be pressed 20 to 30 times and there are five rope pulls to start it. I put Black+Decker on my black list.
Easily made, you just need to add oil that is included and you're done! The blade cuts nicely and starts easily.
