Arizona has a dry climate, does this grass do okay there. ?

Winter rye grasses are similar to this grass in that they grow well in cooler weather, but they die when it gets hotter and drier in Texas. Southern climates with hot and dry conditions would not benefit from this grass.

It is important to know what type of grass seed this mix contains (i.e. Are you sure?

currently working on my master's degree so I can't tell you the percentages of the After seeds are planted, there is a coating of blue fertilizer on them, which stays on for about 5 days as long as they are watered 3 times daily. Birds will not be able to eat 20% of it this way as well. It is the 5th bag of weed and dirt that I have purchased since my house was recently purchased, and I have a 1/3 acre of weeds and dirt to remove. In addition to covering well and spreading out, it fills in well as well. On my large lot, 90% of the area is shaded, and it grows almost as fast as seeds grown in direct sunlight. This seed was a big hit for me. It looks beautiful and weeds are totally absent. I can't tell you what blend it is. There is a quick and full growth of the grass. Sincerely, Mark. This product would be a good fit for you. Hope you enjoy it.

It usually takes a while for the seeds to germinate, right?

The Blend contains a mixture of varieties of seeds. The germination rate of each variety of seed is different. The process of germination (where the seedling breaks free of its seed coat after bursting out of its coat) is as follows with proper soil preparation and the top 1/2 inch of soil being kept moist until the seedling develops. Having bare ground does not allow you to throw seeds on it. There has been no growth and no refund has been promised
3/5

The freshness of both bags was November of last year. I purchased them in March. There was little or no growth in both bags. I was disappointed, even though the weather was mild and the seed was kept moist. This was particularly disappointing since I had spent more than 15 hours detaching and aerating the lawn. A more disappointing aspect is the fact that Scotts failed to honor their money-back guarantee for just one of the bags and never sent the check as promised. I called Scotts again about months later and they promised to send out a new check as soon as possible, but they never did. There will never be a time when I purchase their products.

Everything went according to plan

There's a lot of water. Keep an eye on it. As a result of reading reviews, I was skeptical. As a resident of zone 10, I have access to the Internet This is the heat of Satan's wrath. A sand pit was available to us I mean it when I say it is a pit of desolation that is dirty, nasty, and hellish. The world has no life. * I was in charge of overseeing. The sprinkler system was upgraded this year as well, so the two things combined have helped immensely. There is a seed for every purpose. I like how soft it is and how thick it is. 10, the 10th zone.

I planted the seeds on August 28th, lightly covered them with topsoil and watered them daily. There is nothing. When I checked the seed bag, I found that it listed date ranges when the seed is no longer usable or expired by state. I did not see Arizona on the list. As for me, that is irrelevant. Growing at a rate of zero. It didn't sprout a single leaf. On Sept. 1, we celebrate the harvest. I planted this on 10th, 2018 and cannot see any signs of life. The area is semi-shaded. This is a dump of a.

There is no preparation, it is easy and it works! There are a lot of high traffic areas in our backyard by our above ground pool and playset area, and we also used the products to fix a slope we had in our backyard when we covered it with dirt
5/5

In general, I did very little prep except rake the surface lightly prior to spreading the seed. There was no additional watering other than the summer rains and I was very pleased with the way it filled in. It did not have straw, no cover and was not covered in any way at all It booms. I really like the grass because it's so bright and green! It has been a couple days since I planted this product and I have already seen new grass growing after just a couple days! I have tried to grow grass in my front yard where there is heavy traffic as well as in my backyard where it is quite shady.

Please do not waste your time and money on these seeds. Instead, I suggest that you use local Pacific Topsoils primum seeds, which work best.

In this case, the experiment speaks for itself, and says, "phooey!" To spare anyone the details of how I ended up seeding these Scott seeds throughout the left half of a large front yard and the Pennington Smart Seed Tall Fescue throughout the right, I don't know how that happened
3/5

There was no difference in treatment between the two sides- Each side receives precisely the same combination of sun and shade, and both were treated equally. The soil preparation and seeding took place on the same day, the ground cover was identical, and fertilization was the same on each side. It seems I will have tested the effectiveness of a controlled experiment pretty closely unless some strange blight has come over one side and not the other, or a neighborhood witch has hexed one side and blessed the other. Only the seeds of each side were different, which was the only noticeable difference between the 2 sides. How did the results come about? I recently began planting Pennington Tall Fescue (about 2 weeks ago). The grass is lush and green, everything I had anticipated. It is estimated that no more than 10% to 20% of Pennington's blades were produced by Scott's side, and its few and feeble blades slid into place over about a three-year span This period lasts for one week. Analyze the data for yourself It should be obvious to you what mine is. The Ph. D. program. The nearest major metropolitan area is about 20 miles due west of DC, which is in Northern Virginia.

I ordered 2 bags of seeds from amazon, 4 days later nothing grew, I called Scott’s, who said the seeds were older than two years, according to the SKU, and they lost germination percentage, even when I called amazon, they said just to buy directly from the source!.

Here is a comparison of before and after
4/5

The wait is worth it for 3 weeks there is nothing, then all of a sudden it will appear. The whole thing came to the surface. I started only using one bag, but after using them twice, I was able to use two bags. The before picture was taken on June 5th, and the after picture was taken on July 31st after mowing twice. Nevertheless, there are still dead spots where the system just doesn't work. The seed is very patient so I guess I will have to be patient.
