I would not recommend this because it is poorly made. I could see this being sold for a dollar at a dollar store, but not for the price on Amazon. This will be returned and a refund will be issued.
She is a person with a lot of personality, so she wanted her flute to reflect that. She pleaded with me for this flute, and I gave it to her. stache, and she immediately put it on her flute after receiving it, and she adores it! She boasted about it and was pleased with herself for having a flute accessory! Because it is made of hard plastic, it appears delicate if not handled with care, but it is certainly cute for someone with a personality.
My marching band's flute section has a junior section leader, and it made all of my rookies laugh and smile. Over time, the part that attaches has become less secure, but it is still a good buy for the price.
When you're playing around with it, it's cute and fun. My daughter received it as a stocking stuffer.
This was adorable, but I never got to see it in action because it arrived broken, as did so many others. I made the mistake of missing my return window. Wish the company would properly cushion the item for mailing, as it's a cute idea but a waste of money:.

My niece, who plays the flute, was blown away by this. She couldn't take a serious photo for the next ten minutes after seeing this because she couldn't stop laughing! It appeals to her.
