This case should work for the vast majority of C-level executives. There are foot flutes across the board, but we have no way of knowing 100% unless you put your actual flute in the case. Please know that if the case does not fit your flute, you are free to return it.

It comes with its own hard case, which is, indeed, inside; I have not attempted to replace it with our own hard case. It comes with a nice one as well.

I was hesitant to spend so much money on these cases, but they are well worth it. They are attractive and provide better protection for my instruments than a hard shell case with latches. I bought two, one for each of my two flutes.
For the past three years, I've been carrying this case. Has lasted a long time. Everything seems to fit together nicely. Material is strong and long-lasting.
I bought this case to replace the one that came with my daughter's flute when she first got it. Instead of the unreliable clasps, this case uses a zipper. There's also a zippered pocket for storing a cleaning cloth or pipe.
The flute doesn't fit into the case snugly. But I'll keep it because I'm not going anywhere with it. My flute was recently restored. I am 50 years old and have lived in the United States for the past 50 years. for the purpose of having fun with my granddaughter.
When my daughter first saw it, she was ecstatic. It's cute, fits well, has plenty of padding, and is much easier for her to spot on the sidelines during a game (she's also a baton twirler).

Our flute is dented in two places where the edge of the lining meets the flute! Not a good idea.
This was purchased to replace an old case that was falling apart, and it is very nice and well-made. There are two zippers on this bag, as well as a nice ID tag. The only thing that bothers me is that the case does not open flat, and the pieces fit in the opposite direction as most other flute cases do: The head and foot are in the back, while the body is in front.
