In the frying pan, it's great for breaking up hamburger meat or even sausage. This is quicker and easier than using a large spoon or spatula. When it's ready, just toss it into the meat and turn the chopper to break it up and stir it around. This is fantastic.

She was adamant about how excellent it was. So I went ahead and placed my order, and she was correct. It's fantastic and performs admirably.
Perhaps I'm being a little too picky. However, this item did not satisfy me. I really wanted to like it, but I couldn't get into it. The issue is with the blades' bottoms. They're flat so that when you use ground beef, it doesn't separate from the rest of the meat. br>It just mashed it flat. It appears to me that it is defeating its purpose. Because the beef will eventually be broken up, I prefer to use a spatula. I hope you understand what I'm saying. You can have mine if you don't want to recommend it:.
It's either a Pampered Chef knockoff or a reject/seconds item. That's because the handle says "Pampered Chef," but it wasn't sold by Pampered Chef, and it wasn't mentioned as being Pampered Chef on this listing. However, unlike a Pampered Chef tool, this one had excess plastic at the seams, making it uncomfortable to hold due to the sharp plastic digging into your hands. (I deducted a star because of this. ) )br>br>I spent some time doing this, clipping and filing away the excess plastic with a cuticle trimmer and a coarse nail file. It's now a very useful tool. It's held up well to cooking, and it does a better job of breaking up my ground meats than a spatula.
Ground beef is chopped to perfection. br>I've tried other brands, but the "blades" tend to wear out over time. Do not be hesitant! Buy it!.
This chopper is one of my favorites. Although I enjoy cooking, ground beef has never been one of my strong suits. Whatever I did, I always ended up with large chunks. To get the right consistency, I would even let it cool before crumbling it by hand. I promise I'm a fantastic cook, but I've never been able to get ground beef as fine as this tool allows. It's now easier on my arthritic hands while still giving me exactly what I want. It may seem insignificant, but knowing that my spaghetti sauce is lump-free is extremely important to me.

First, there's the sturdy shaft that leads to the blades. The grip and feel of the handle are excellent. My wife's hands are quite small. It's dishwasher safe and easy to clean. We started by using it on ground beef and then adding other ingredients. That piqued our interest. This is an excellent kitchen gadget.

So I went online and found this one, which now hangs right over the stove top because it is absolutely essential for frying hamburgers, bulk sausage, and other similar foods. The "blades" are very rigid and sturdy. It truly completes the task in a short amount of time- This is a fantastic kitchen gadget!.
