"Non-toxic" is a term used by manufacturers. Stick Silicone Baking Mats work in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 480 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 degrees Celsius to 280 degrees Celsius). My oven was set to 500 degrees Fahrenheit when I used it. Any higher than that and I wouldn't use it. My first one was given to me by my daughter, who is a chef. If a recipe called for temperatures higher than 500 degrees Fahrenheit and I used the silicone mat, she advised me to reduce the bake time. Because the results might not always be the same, I bake my baguettes and other items that require heat above 500 degrees Fahrenheit on a baking stone or metal plate. I hope this has been of assistance. Richard
If anyone else has a Nordic Ware 2/3 baking sheet and is curious about the fit of this mat, please let me know. Both of these items are in my possession, and they fit well. On the short side, it's perfect, but on the long side, it's about an eighth of an inch too long.
Hello Leah, they have just arrived at Amazon's warehouse and will be available in a few days. 2/3 sheet sized mats are what they're called. You should already be able to place an order. You can contact any seller by using the Ask Seller button on the seller's storefront page (Sold by Velesco link). Max is a Velesco employee.
update: I spoke with them and learned that they had requested that the listing be reinstated by the team in charge. I am hoping it will only take a few days. Greetings, Reena. Today, Amazon locked a listing for Full Sheet sized mats for some strange reason. We have inventory on hand, and I'm confident those mats are in excellent condition, as we've received nothing but positive feedback from customers who have purchased them. I had already opened an Amazon support ticket and planned to call them first thing tomorrow morning to find out what was wrong. Max is a Velesco employee.

A 2/3rd sheet cake pan was coming up with different measurements than the pan I have, according to the reviews I read. My pan measured 19-inch by 19-inch by 19-inch by 19-inch by 19-inch by 19-inch by 19-inch by 19-inch by 19-inch by 19-inch 13" x 1/2" It was a 2/3rd sheet cake pan and measured 1/2" in diameter. This mat has a 19-inch diameter. a third of a third of a third of a third of a third of a third 1/2". I decided to take a chance and buy it to see what it was like. It has given me a lot of pleasure. So much so that I went out of my way to show you photos of how cramped the 19-inch seat is. 2-3/4" x 13-3/4" x 2-3/4" x 2-3/4" 1/2" was able to fit into my 2/3rd sheet pan. The silicone buckles just a smidgeon in each of the four corners. To be honest, it isn't enough to make a difference in the way I bake. Because the silicone sheet is so large, the sheer weight of the silicone sheet keeps it in place perfectly, and I would recommend this 2/3rd sheet silicone mat for the 2/3rd sheet pan without hesitation. The 2/3 sheet pan is the one with the rust-colored orange. If I had any suggestions for the manufacturer, I would request that the corners be cut off at an angle, similar to the brown mat on the other sheet pan. That would completely eliminate the problem with the little buckle and allow the mat to fit perfectly flat. This pan fits perfectly in my oven and holds two 12-count cupcake pans with this mat underneath to prevent my cupcakes from overbaking on the bottom. This mat gets 5 out of 5 stars from me!.
I also appreciate the useful charts that are printed on it. That's a thoughtful touch. My only gripe was the manner in which it was delivered. It had been folded in half, and the internal fiberglass mesh had been scuffed. br>It's unlikely to cause any issues, but I thought I'd bring it up. Aside from that, it requires a thorough cleaning prior to use.
It works! I purchased this mat in order to have a heat-resistant surface on which to pour homemade toffee for a Butter Brickle ice cream recipe I was attempting (does anyone else recall Butter Brickle?). Yum! Not only did it work perfectly for that, but you want to know what happened when I rolled out the dough for cinnamon rolls? Nothing! That's fantastic, isn't it? This product felt revolutionary in comparison to plastic products from 20 or 30 years ago. The only other pastry mat, pad, or whatever you want to call it that didn't cause dough to stick to it was one I'd seen my mother use. It was made of fabric, similar to canvas, with various pie crust sized circles printed on it and a wooden frame on either side with an edge that pressed against the edge of the countertop so that when you pushed your rolling pin over your dough, it wouldn't slip or slide, and you slipped it off the wood and tossed it into the washer when you were finished. I'm curious as to when they stopped producing them. I'm not sure if my mother's is still around. She has now reached the age of 85 years old. Also, when it came to the silicone baking mat, I went with the large size, which isn't too big. It shouldn't be too tiny. I'm content with my lot in life.
I've had these mats for a long time and really enjoy them. They make cleanup a breeze because food does not stick to them. This brand also includes some useful reference tools, such as measure conversions and a template of concentric circles for making pie crusts and mini pies, among other things, which are a must-have for any kitchen.
These were perfect for baking peanut butter cookies. There was no scorching on the bottom of the cookies, which was a plus. They quickly cooled. When the cookies were cool enough to handle, I simply picked them up with my fingers and placed them on a cooling rack to cool completely. The cookie sheet pans were brand new and appear to have never been used before. My husband used regular dish soap to wash the Silicone Baking Mats in our sink. He draped a twin-size quilt over the back of the sofa and hung the baking mats to dry on it. Pizza was made with it once more. The money you spend on these baking mats is well spent! br>br>I was so taken with them that I bought two more and sent them to my daughter in Ohio, who sends us cookies every Christmas. She was EXTREMELY ecstatic! You'll enjoy it as well! I recently bought two more for my daughter in Texas after buying two for my daughter in Ohio. I bought six of these mats in total. They are adored by all!.
I purchased the two-thirds-of-a-dozen-dollar bill. My large Wilton cookie sheets required a sheet size of this size. So far, I've only used it to make cookies. It allows me to easily roll out dough and place cut cookies on it before baking. After that, bake The cookies are easily removed from the tray. I also appreciate the handy conversion charts in the corners (since some of the recipes I receive these days are in metric): Temperature (in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit), weight (in grams and ounces), volume (in imperial and metric units), and fluids (in gallons, cups, teaspoons, and other units) are all included. spaced spots with two concentric circles each (a little over 2" and a little over 3"), which I think might be useful for things like macarons (though I haven't tried them yet). I've only used it for cookies so far, but it's done everything I hoped it would! Also, one set of concentric circles (every inch from 5" to 11") for measuring pie dough, fondant, etc. As I mentioned, I've only used it for cookies so far, but it's done everything I hoped it would!.
