Yes, I placed them on a wooden table without placing anything hot on top of them. ONLY A DECORATIVE ITEM, and after only 1 DAY on the job, they left a massive ring around the outer edge. As a result, my table now has two massive rings in the center. They were not wet or damp in any way. As a result, the material has left me completely dissatisfied. REMEMBER TO STAY OFF THE WOOD. IMO. I'll use a plain placemat the next time.

The product does a great job of handling hot food straight from the microwave, which is convenient. br>br>The only drawback is that it appears to have an effect on the cooking temperature or cooking time, which is probably more accurate. br>br>We've prepared a list of potential candidates. popcorn timers, because the popcorn does not finish popping as quickly as it does when the Safe Grabs are removed. br>With other foods such as frozen dinners, etc. , we must adjust cooking time accordingly or simply remove it while cooking; otherwise, you'll be faced with handling a hot tv dinner and carrying it on the Safe Grabs, which defeats the purpose of having it in the first place. br>br>This is why the food you're cooking isn't done yet. If you still want to use them, adjust the cooking time as needed; it's not a deal breaker, but it's something to consider.
This is a brilliant concept. I keep the larger one in our microwave and use it on a regular basis. Picking up and carrying hot or slick plates or bowls is a breeze with this tool. However, extreme heat will pass through the pad, so use caution with extremely hot items. Aside from that, I would have given it five stars, and the price appears to be a little high. To be fair, the directions recommend allowing hot items to cool for a few minutes to avoid this problem.
If the food has dried, you'll need to use a brush to get into the grooves. Is it difficult to decide where to hang your clothes to dry? Is it possible to hang it on a clothesline? Also, if you use it to remove a bowl from the bottom of the microwave, the water from the steam collects in the grooves and spills on your legs, feet, or floor if you aren't careful. I was burned and nearly dropped the bowl as a result of the burn.
I put the mat underneath our popcorn bowl for the first time. Because of the popcorn kernels, the popcorn bowl gets quite hot. For 1 minute and 50 seconds, we microwave the popcorn. I tried to retrieve the bowl as shown in the commercials when the timer went off. The popcorn bowl was warmer than the mat! I had high hopes for this mat, so it was a total letdown. The item is something I intend to return.
I placed an order for these and then returned to place another order for more. The larger four-pack set was sold out when I tried to purchase it. I wish I had the others because I find myself using them for a variety of things outside of the kitchen, such as under flower pots. In my microwave, I have the largest size, which comes in handy when there are boilovers. It also serves as a potholder, which I use to remove the dish from the microwave. I used them to set things on that had moisture in them in my butcher block work surface. I don't get standing water rings because I eat frozen foods and drink frozen drinks. To keep my cast iron skillets from scratching, I place them between them, especially the ones with porcelain lines. I tucked them away in the back of my mini-van. Because my rice cooker, my individual coffee maker, and even my crockpot can get warm on the bottom, I don't use them. However, if you place super hot pots from the oven on them and then move them, the counter remains warm, so they aren not 100% on those. Overall, this is a very useful tool.
Safe Grabs is a game that we enjoy overall. We can microwave food by placing a Safe Grab under a microwave-safe container. When the food is ready, we simply grab the Safe Grab and carry it to the table safely. However, DO NOT PLACE SAFE GRABS IN MICROWAVE POPCORN BAGS AND THEN MICROWAVE THE POPCORN! We tried microwaving popcorn with a Safe Grab twice, and both times the popcorn burned, leaving a non-washable black spot on the Safe Grab the first time.
I saw these on Shark Tank, and we really need to support the American entrepreneurs who make the country so great. It astounds me that these haven't been done before. Originally, I was just looking for a cover/lid for the microwave bowls I use so that exploding food and splattering sauce would stay in the container and I wouldn't have to clean as much (!). But there's one use I didn't expect to get out of these: hot pads. These are something I use on a daily basis. single. I'm not joking when I say that today is the most important day of the year. I keep both in my microwave, and the smaller one is ideal for getting bowls of leftover noodles or smaller plates out of the microwave and into my lap on the couch (they're flexible and comfortable to hold, so they're not cumbersome to hold throughout your meal), while the larger one is ideal for dinner plates. I don't use these as covers very often any longer, and if I do, it's usually because they're As a result, use them to remove hot items from the microwave; highly recommended! The creamy/grey color is very attractive and elegant in your kitchen.
I received a product that was damaged. This item should never have left the warehouse in the first place, so I had to take the time to return it.
