These were recommended to me by someone in a cookie group, so I bought them. Both sugar cookies and drop cookies were made with this recipe. For my roll-out cookies, they're perfect. For my drop cookies, I didn't care for them. They worked well, but my drop cookie dough became stuck too many times, as if it had baked into the crevices or had become too firm/brittle for my taste. I particularly enjoy them for roll-out cookies like my sugar cookies. They bake more evenly, and the bottoms have a lovely design. People mistakenly believe they are commercially baked cookies. I recently purchased a new set of books.
These are what I use to make sugar cookies with. They bake much more evenly than they would if they were baked on parchment paper. I've already purchased four of them and am looking for a larger one to use with a half sheet pan.
A mesh/perforated silicone mat was exactly what I needed. I actually cut one to fit inside my air fryer and use it that way.
I'm glad I bought these instead of waiting for the Chua ones, which are always out of stock!.

It bakes and makes food crispy in the oven. I bought one about 15 years ago and was afraid I wouldn't be able to find one to replace it. I did and I love it! If I could suggest anything, it would be to place a piece of foil on the bottom rack to catch oil and keep the oven clean!.
It's amazing how well it works on sugar cookies. It leaves a lovely print on the back and functions similarly to parchment paper. These were purchased and cut down to fit my pans. They're on every single one of my cookie sheets. More items will be purchased.
