A 50 inch tv that I was looking for on Amazon could no longer be found other companies. There are already two short versions I have already acquired, and I am very happy with them because they are My 50 inch straight edge was ordered from another company on Amazon, and I was looking forward to receiving it. In the beginning, we noticed 2 problems. According to a previous reviewer, one of the end caps on the tube containing the straight edge was missing. This was fixed by wrapping the tube with just one piece It is evident the end cap of the straight edge was knocked off by hitting a hard surface and the straight edge was damaged at the end. A piece of tape was put over the end of the tube to fix the problem. I thought I would examine the straight edge closer after a few moments of frustration, wondering how a product could possibly be shipped so poorly. When I sighted down along the edge, I noticed that even though the milled straight edge was flat in comparison to my other straight edges, a small curve ran along its length almost unnoticeably. As far as I can tell, a straight edge should have straight sides on all Nonetheless, I was surprised and disappointed, because the company which sent it to me has a reputation for excellent service. The item has been returned to me.
The package is straight, flat, and packaged. It does appear that some reviewers have received damaged objects due to inadequate packaging, but mine was enclosed in a tube whose soft (protective) end was protected by a plastic wrap I liked the caps - It is taped to the box. In addition to the Amazon box, there was some crumpled paper for additional protection (though it might have had more with a little extra padding). In terms of the straight edge itself, it is perfect There is no doubt that it is a well-known photograph A well-made tool with a fine finish, but most importantly, one that serves to grow your business The edge is finely ground with no visible or tactile abrasion There are a few fixable As far as I can tell, I have no way to check the consistency of its straightness, but based on other reviews, that hasn't proved to be a problem. (If I have any problem with that in the future, I will amend this review.
I&aposll revise my review once I get my hands on it. As someone mentioned, the packaging is quite The item must be missing because it was never located!.
Packaging included plastic guards on each end of the product and shipping the product inside a cylindrical tube that was sealed with shrink wrap with the ends held in place, as well as inside a long Amazon box so there wasn't any real chance of damage occurring. There is no difference between the straight edge and the advertised straight edge. As for that review that mentioned that it wasn't straight from the front to the back, the product isn't rigid on the left and right sides -- There is no point to it. As you rotate it, you can see it is bowed from the side looking down, but as you rotate it the other way, it appears to be also bowed. Because it is not supported in that direction, it is just sagging due to its own weight.
Luckily, it was stuffed into a box where it was right up against the wall. This equates to it not being wrapped in paper and not being placed in the middle What you did to me appalled me. Ignorance is not an option.
My straight edge was machine ground flat, so I am very satisfied with my purchase. It's perfect and has an excellent finish when tested against a known flat surface. My high recommendation for this product is "
"!.
This tool is used to adjust jointers.
There is a good degree of precision in this It is long enough to make sure your tables are true as you use your jointer.
