Having bought 4 of these, I am in love with them. My last ones came from Harbor Freight, but they required annoying CR2032 batteries (3 each device). This one takes easy to find AAA batteries. Has the same results as Harbor Freight or the Johnson (? In spite of this and Johnson (? A) one has a very nice backlight. Diffusion of light is great. The display looks like it has a backlight instead of three cheap LEDs shining down on it, making it look almost like a proper backlight. This is a great tool for leveling up 3D printer beds since well.
