Sure, this mask is safe to use with any chemical vapor, paint, or glue.
At 120 pounds, I am a woman. I'm also aware of a woman who weighs 135 pounds. , You must purchase in small quantities or the seal will be compromised!
I can't speak to oven cleaner because I have a self-cleaning oven, but I have used it in a shower to clean the walls with a very strong cleaner that lingered for days on my wife and me. I couldn't smell anything, and it was also used with insecticides and herbicides with no effect on my nose or lungs.
The VOC filters are bulky and cannot be replaced.
The white outer covers are replaceable and I believe filter 95% of airborne particulate matter - N95 masks are a good example of this.

This respirator has a built-in NON-SMOKING feature. THE FILTER IS REPLACEABLE. I've bought a few 3M respirators, and this is the first time I've been surprised to learn that the entire unit is disposable. The mask must be discarded once the filter has been removed. Shame on you for sucking me in once. . . not again. Don't squander your money on this ineffective product. garbage that can be returned.
Be aware that this model is disposable, with no bayonet mount and permanently mounted filter cartridges. Make a Halloween mask out of it and then throw it away.
I work as a nurse on a Covid-sponsored project. In a hospital, there are 19 units. I bought a large mask for myself, which makes it much easier to breathe and allows me to wear it for the entire 12-hour shift. It is much more comfortable for me than the ones I and the other nurses were given. Several nurses and doctors have inquired about where I got it because they want to buy one for themselves.
I gave it four stars because the large was a little too big for my face, and I had difficulty wearing my glasses to work. Mask is light and comfortable to wear. I used it to finish a wood project with urethane. When I wore it, I didn't notice any unpleasant odors. Because I'm suffocating and getting high on fumes, it was more enjoyable to take my time and not rush through the work. Despite the fact that they are diaposable, these will last me for many projects. They come with a resealable bag that is fairly inexpensive and quickly tears. To keep the charcoal active for as long as possible, place it in an airtight bag.

After applying auto shop quality primer with a paper mask, I knew I needed to upgrade. br>This respirator did its job, filtering the vapors and allowing me to breathe comfortably. br>The fit was excellent, with many adjustable straps and a perfect fit around the nose and mouth. Breathing was easy, and I was able to perform the seal test as well. I will be purchasing additional filters in the future. br>I'll be purchasing one for my son to assist me in the shop.
