How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

The drive is powered by a 9V-42V DC power supply with bipolar constant phase flow, or H bridge power supply.
There can be no more than four characters. Eight kinds of output current are available, but 0A is available
There is an option to use the 32-subdivided largest model in the 6 models
A semi-automatic current lock function, temperature protection, and overcurrent protection are all built into this device.
This control can drive 2 phase stepper motors forward and backward, with a 1 to 2, W1 to 2, 2W1 -2, and 4W1 -2 phase excitation.

Questions & Answers

Is it possible to run Nema 11 with this?

There should be no more than 4A current flowing through the stepper motor. Physical measurements cannot be given in Nema 11, as the rating is based upon current performance.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me since my motor seems to be stuck in microstepping mode?

If you would like to increase the current, you could do so. To make sure we are ready to respond to your inquiry, please contact us first.

To use step pulse with grbl, what is the procedure?

There are 16 micro steps in 16 micro steps. On, off, off. GRBL is my programming language of choice.

Time and money were wasted by buying a TB6600 that wasn't inside the package
3/5

I bought this module in the hopes of driving a 2 by 4. It disappointed me at every level. There are 9A Nema 23 stepper motors in each stepper unit. Even though both lights (alert and power) were on at first, it appeared that everything was fine. A few minutes after the motors had been running continuously for a couple of minutes, they stop working (only the alarm light is on, power light is As I was experiencing a lot of headaches as a result of this, I decided to open this module to see what was going on since there was no other logical reason for it. When I removed 2 screws on the top of the case, I found that the TB6600 does not exist inside these modules, instead there is a microchip inside. In the images you can clearly see the TB6650's tiny size as compared to this module, but if you look through the ventilation holes in the module you will see a metallic piece that looks exactly like the TB6600! In the end, these modules should work fine with a very small motor (less than 2A) however, as they have been described, they should have been able to handle 2A easily. Since their job is to handle 4A, 9A Nema 23 is the first choice. I think this is a complete waste of time and money!.

An Arduino Uno driver that works with a small stepper motor operating at 12V 1A
5/5

I am currently using this driver to operate a small stepper motor. With the use of up to three digital output pins and a ground connection, the driver could be easily interfaced to an Arduino Uno. It is possible to configure the driver using six DIP switches. There is a table printed on the side listing all the switch positions for setting microsteps and current limit. Despite the lack of documentation, the wiring up was easy and I had no issues connecting the power supply, motor, and Arduino controller. The Io pins are clearly labeled so dispite the lack of documentation, there was no problem hooking it up. A quick google search led me to a DFrobot site where i found a pdf document.

The only down side is that they are incredibly noisy
3/5

A loud "static" sound is produced when the motors are running. Its not a fancy stepper driver, but it is 15 bucks. As far as that is concerned, it works as it should. The only down side is that they are incredibly noisy. The motor produces a loud "static" sound when it is We did not observe any of this behavior after using DM542A drivers. In idle mode, these drivers do not limit the current. BR>Sounds are loud. *Projects with low budgets do well here. Looks like it is going well. You can get the DM542 if you are willing to spend about 30 dollars per driver [the A are an older analog mode, while the T is the newer digital mode] but if price is the primary concern, get the DM542. It should work fine with these.

It was very helpful to have the instructions, and all three drivers now work perfectly
5/5

The GT2560 controller board drives two Nema 23 stepper motors, which will go on a homemade corexy 3D printer. I have just purchased 3 of these controllers. It was very helpful to have the instructions, and all three drivers now work perfectly. On the Bowden extruder, my Nema 23 screw is mounted to two Z screws and one to a Nema 23 screw on the Z screws. Despite their size, the Nema 17 racks were not able to withstand the weight of an 900x600mm bed raised and lowered. When using the Nema 17 with a Bowden extruder, there were too many skipped steps. As a result of using this Mysweety driver, I upgraded to the Nema 23. It will take you a few minutes to learn how to use the connectors, and the dip switches operate effectively for changing.

A good job was done by the controllers
5/5

Initially, I was hesitant to buy these controllers, but after using three of them with different Arduino/Arduino-compatible boards, I wouldn't think twice about purchasing Up to The number 897 is the number to use. By setting the half-step setting to 9, and increasing the speed to 11 RPM, Based on the 32 microns, you can spin at 650 RPM Set the step size The last one worked well for my application as it gave me great resolution/torque.

Driven by a high-quality stepper motor
5/5

This is a good stepper driver, which works well The mounting flange looks good. I don't have any issues. In my case, I had a problem with my motion controller sending too much 5v (PUL+ and DIR+), which caused abnormal operation, but this was outside the stepper drivers' control. If the 5v fails to operate, check it at the time of operation.

With no manual or instructions, this is a very easy game to learn
5/5

Having ordered this I wish I would have ordered it earlier. DC motors and encoders are less convenient to work with than AC motors. With no manual or instructions, this is a very easy game to learn. It is pretty easy to locate Arduino code out there and after spending one night playing with it you'll have a pretty good understanding of how everything works.

This is a simple installation of my laser and rotary machine
5/5

Addition of rotary axis to my laser engraving machine worked like a charm. This machine is easy to hook up, has a simple dip setting, and works perfectly. Although I found a lower price for another item after ordering this one, I am still happy with this one. While I haven't opened it up to see what is inside, it appears to work great regardless of the electronics inside.
