I cannot use this drive to run a Baldor L3513T because it does not have the current output. Give me a call at 866 354 0063 and we can help you determine what product is right for you based on the I appreciate it - thanks
It was said to be 12 gauge, if I recall correctly. It was already in 10 gauge from a completely different project when I started this project
The number of points you'll get is only The motor on your vehicle can produce five horsepower. Fortunately, most of the time you can get away with it. You won't have to worry about the VFD being heavily taxed. There are a number of people I know who run a 3ph 2HP in In my case, I have a 1 1/2 HP motor that runs on a separate 20 AMP circuit, but I don't believe it is If I were you, I would determine what the amperage rating of your motor is and use
As the Baldor L3504 is also a single phase motor, it cannot be controlled by controllers. The speed of a motor is generally controlled by a controller using a three phase motor. These motor controllers allow me to run two decks of belt grinders at the same time, each rated for 2 hp.

You just need a cable and a router. I am powering a 1-hp motor on a disc grinder with a 9-inch diameter. The VFD is powered by a 5 HP motor, powered by a 120 Volt 20 Ampere single phase The problem has been solved. The base unit does not come with a main power switch or an FWD/REV switch.
Easy to operate and seals up tight against dust and water. In some cases, they may be required for an application and can be added as an additional purchase. The cords need to be able to clear the cable glands (strain reliefs), so that they can be passed through the unit while keeping it It will depend on the diameter of the cord that you are using how big the glands should be. Make sure that the outer diameter of your cords is appropriate for the glands you want to buy. There are two 1/2" holes in the bottom of the VFD and one 3/4" hole in the top. Knockout sizes are 1/2" and 3/4" (not the actual diameter of the conduit, but the conduit size. ) Two rubber plugs are included It has a maximum power of 5 hp and 120V.
The purpose of this was to retrofit Burr King belt sander that had been operated by a single speed, single phase motor has been upgraded. The KB was used to drive a Lesson 3 phase motor that had a 2HP rating. Since this unit has been sealed and designed for use in dust and grit environments, it's one of the more expensive choices I found. However, it's the only one available that is rated for that. I encountered a problem when the first order I made didn't arrive as it should have. The second order also proved to be In my mind, I began to doubt my knowledge of motors after I sent the first back to the vendor. Anyhow, long story short, the company that manufactures these in our friendly China must have had a new employee because BOTH of the units I tried did not have a jumper on the main board. It turns out the Amazon vendor for this item found the problem and fixed it. There must be a jumper for each option on the main board or it will not function. Anyway, since I encountered the exact same issue on two units, I hope this can help one or more of you. In all other respects, it works perfectly.
My home-built 2x72 grinder is powered by a 5 HP Iron Horse motor. My grinding has changed drastically since I started using it. There were no problems with it at all. For the leads, I recommend plugging the openings with a dust cover. The dust covers come with small holes for the leads, and you can cut a small opening for the cable ends to fit through. It is almost certain that I would order a new one if this failed tomorrow for some reason (which I doubt). That's how important it is to me. I am pleased with the.
At the moment, I am in the process of installing. One of my GFCI outlets keeps tripping. My knowledge of this problem came after I had made the purchase. In the literature, it states that it is compatible with them, but that it requires factory programming. It overwhelmed me because I am a newbie and don't understand It's only after it's been delivered and installed that I realize this. The GFCI now trips immediately, even though it initially seemed to work. Some engineering websites have advised me to add a plain outlet I'd rather not, but I don't have any other choice. That said, in other ways, the fit and finish look quite nice (I'm not an engineer, so I can't say how robust it is). Rating may be changed at a later date.
With prime shipping, it arrived in two days. The product was packaged really well with an expanding foam insert to hold it in place in transit, which is welcome since it is much larger and heavier than anticipated. This is a really great looking box. And the pictures don't do it justice. The box is built beautifully from aluminum that is sealed but still easy to open for connections. Around 80% of the rear of the box has molded-in handles and handles. There are cooling fins in the My plan was to use it with a 1 horsepower motor to drive an older Bridgeport series 1 step pulley. In about an hour, I was able to hook up the system using the 1/2” knockouts in the bottom of the box to connect the waterproof service cords. I like the layout of the application because the install is so clean. After all of the components were connected, I connected it to a single phase 220 volt power supply and let it sit for an hour in order to charge the capacitors. As soon as we crossed our fingers, set the potentiometer to 50%, made sure the machine was running properly, and turned it on. It's victory time! It started my 63-year-old Fairbanks/Morse motor like it was brand new. This machine is amazing. The analog VFD I purchased is so much better built than all electronic imports that have multiple menu options and controls.
I'm so glad I chose to invest a little more in this well made analog VFD than all electronic imports. After I installed the accessory reversing switch, I also installed a week later. The installation is easy and it works perfectly. The KBAC-R was great overall - I've been super happy with it The 27th day!.
As soon as I opened the box, I found out that this unit was incredibly well made and extremely reliable. As an additional addition, I purchased the accessory primary power switch and reversing switch, which were straightforward to install. In terms of adding switches to the VFD, hooking up feed power to the motor, and running power to it, the VFD is well made, and the interior is user friendly. It will not be a problem for me to purchase another one when the time is right. This product comes with good documentation, but it is also very intuitive to use and set up. Despite the small size, it is very well-designed and features plenty of space. There is a little more to it than you may be expecting, but that doesn't bother me in the least. As far as heat dissipation is concerned, the housing is robust, dust proof, and has good heat dissipation surfaces.
