Are the Horsepower resistors included in the package? How much is the heat sink going to cost?

This drive does not include the HP resistors, and the heat sink part is a model 9861. In stock, there are plenty of both of these items. Could you please tell me what voltage you're using? You are in possession of HP. After that, I'll be able to provide you with the proper resistor part.

My input voltage is 122 volts, and my motor is 90 volts direct current. Will this device work with my motor and input if it is 3 amps and 3/4 horsepower?

This drive is rated for 3/4Hp 90VDC 8Amp max, so as long as you don't exceed that, you'll be fine. If you add the heat sync, part 9861, you can run up to 1Hp 90VDC 11Amp max, all off of 115VAC input.

Which hp resistor do I need for a 180 vdc, 1hp motor if I buy the kbmb 240 controller? Is it possible to get a part number for the line fuses and the reversing switch?

A 0 is required as the resistor. KB part 9841 is a 025 Ohm resistor. A fuse rated at 8 amps is required; the KB part number is 9744. The part number for the FBR switch is 9860.

Buyers who despise surprises should be aware of the following warning: An armature fuse, which is sold separately, is required by this speed controller. KB Electronics' website can be found here. This product's data sheet can be found here - > A chart titled "ARMATURE FUSE SELECTION CHART" can be found on page 1 of the data sheet. > To find the right fuse, look up the DC voltage and HP of your motor. These are standard fuses that are not sold by the manufacturer and should be provided by the distributor. Instead, go to Amazon and buy a set of 5 or 10 for around $6 or $7.

There is no output fuse included

After the factory speed controller failed on a wood lathe, I used this product to replace it. It is, in my opinion, superior to the original. I would have given five stars if they had included a glass fuse, which is required; this is not the horsepower resistor that they mention; I already had one.

I have nothing negative to say. I just finished installing it. You will require the HP resistor as specified in the description, so consult the user manual, which you can download online, to determine the size you require. It'll only set you back $5. You must also supply the proper line and armature fuse. The instructions are simple to follow, and the installation went smoothly. It has a nice appearance, is simple to install, and is extremely functional. I'll update if anything crazy happens, but there's no reason for me to give anything less than 5 stars right now.
