Questions & Answers

In what manner does the warranty apply?

If there is one, I'm not aware of it. If you guarantee a cutter that is dulling, breaking, chipping, etc, I can't imagine how it would be covered. The cause of malfunctions is usually misuse or aging rather than a defect. It is not necessary for me to use Niagara's customer service (I have not had any problems with the endmills I've purchased), but I can tell you that Niagara's endmills are of high quality. The endmills are brittle because they are made of carbide. It might be better to choose HSS or Cobalt if breakage is an issue.

Are routers the only devices that use this bit?

In fact, this product is not intended for use with routers. There are several types of milling bits, and this one is designed to chop Since routers do not have strong enough bearings to be able to handle the lateral forces required when cutting metal, it's not a good idea to use them. In regards to using the bit on wood, you can work slowly on harder woods, but the flutes and end cutters of the bit are not shaped in a manner that is efficient in collecting wood chips. This will bind and burn in a router on soft woods, so I would not even consider using it on soft woods.

Can you tell me how long the cutting part is?

Each part ordered will have its own shipping time The listing specifies the length of the flutes and cutting edges.

Who makes this? Where do they make it? Would you mind telling me how much you appreciate it, ?

I'm Jay and I found out that the N85582 is made in Pennsylvania. Thank you for your reply.

It is a nicely made tool, but it It is a nicely made tool, but it In order to replace a door hinge on a Chevy pickup, I needed to bottom out some drilled holes (the holes were too difficult A spot welding process is used to join the hinges My first step was to drill straight through the hinge and into the frame with a cobalt drill, and then use the bit to finish the hole (the idea is not to drill through the frame)
4/5

Some chunks were lost on the job, but it was still able to do it. It's a four-hole course.

The concept is interesting to me
5/5

There is not a single complaint in my mind. There is something appealing about this part. The Shaper Origin CNC router is used with it. Compared to the ones from the router manufacturers, this one seems to work better (and is more affordable). It would be nice to have one spare so that I'll always have it. It is still too early to tell what durability will be like. Having it for too short a period of time. In the end, this razor will wear out a little since it no longer cuts quite as well as when it was brand new. It might take some time for me to figure out.

I used it only a couple of times before it broke
3/5

This 1 star item makes nice cuts before it breaks, so it is well suited for Only a couple times had I used it before it broke. On my CNC, I cut birch wood at average speed while cutting shallow cuts. There are two places on the shaft where the bit has broken. No warranty information can be found on this page. My review will be adjusted if the seller chooses to replace the item.

044". Diameter of the Shank is 125 mm). A ratio of the length to diameter makes it a little difficult to use without vibration, but it works great in difficult to reach places.

Make sure you use the right end mill for the One cutter broke and I broke both! I guess it was my fault! The cutters looked good on the very first glance, but they weren't right for the application

The first use of the product led to the breakage
3/5

When I tried to use it in a router with a 1/4 inch chuck, it kept falling out, and when it finally cut before it fell out, it broke.
