These milling bits are fantastic

I mill a lot of aluminum, and these dits are very nice and not as expensive as some I've used in the past that didn't last as long. The price is excellent, and the quality is comparable to that of more expensive models. I ordered extras so that if a bit chips or wears out while I'm working on a project, I can simply replace it and continue working. For me, price is very important because this is a hobby.

Junk, save your money

When cutting cherry and Iroko at high feed rates, it chattered a lot. I increased the ipm and ran it faster for a few minutes, but it began to smoke after a few minutes and became dull after 10 minutes. br>br>You get what you pay for, so save your money on these; I bought four and they're useless unless you're cutting mdf only. br>br>I switched to a two-flute Jerray bit and cut at three times the speed, which worked perfectly for cutting 18 more boards.

Endmill was completely broken off

I think I ran it for an hour or so, with only three different cuts. br>Maple at 1200 rpm and 55 IPM with a. 125 Doc. br>The first one snapped clean at the point where the collet holds the bit, and the second one did the same. br>I've run a whiteside Compression bit harder for longer with no issues. br>The only reason I bought theses was because they were cheap and arrived quickly; however, I would recommend spending the money on better bits.

So far, I've used these for rough cutting my CCNC projects and they seem to work well; I even had one go through one of my clamps that I use to hold my boards down; they were 3D printed but were thick plastic with 100 percent infill and went right through without a hitch

I've never bought a four-fluted end mill before because I use my end mills to cut dense hardwood. For me, this set is a welcome treat. The cut is very even and smooth.

HSS? No, I do not believe that is true

The first end mill didn't even make it to a score of 0. Before the 1018 CRS overheated and the tips melted off the ends, I was 125 into the cut. Blue is around 0. The corners were GONE after 200 up the flutes! These are a complete waste of money and time. I can't give less than one star because I can't give less than zero, and Amazon won't let me give less than one. "0" stars all around because I can't give less than zero and Amazon won't let me give less than one star.

The job was completed with 1/4" HSS end mills

I needed 1/4" HSS End Mills to cut a slot in a guitar body, and the End Mills from In-Stock fit the bill perfectly. tool- The task was completed successfully at home. Thanks a lot, In- tool- I'll do business with you once more when I get back home.
