The end mills in question are imperial ones

Although I'm not sure why, other sellers are selling metric end mills as imperial, which can cause issues if you need specific There are actually imperial end mills, which is a good thing. Aluminum can be cut just fine with them.

These bits look nice, are reasonably priced, but are only suitable for soft materials

The blades were very sharp but they couldn't be used for the task I bought them for. Even with cutting fluid the flutes burned out. I would recommend using these for wood or soft metal.

It looks great, but I have not used any of them yet still need to wait for the chuck to arrive so I can install the bit holders on my mill. As soon as my R8 chuck arrives, I'll be sure to test them out. The R8 shaft chuck will be arriving in a few days, and I have a few jobs lined up.

The best end mills for the money

These end mills are pretty good. These inexpensive materials work well on wood, plastic, and soft metals thanks to their low cost. I have not tried them on steel, but they should work fine for light duty applications.
