My replacement chimney was most likely made in China, according to the box it arrived in. It fits my Aladdin lamp perfectly; however, do not overtighten the chimney's connection to the lamp; the glass will expand as it heats up, so a snug fit is fine.
This listing is for Aladdin kerosene lamps with a Lox-compatible bulb. On the style gallery (there are three tabs at the bottom of this chimney). For the base diameter you require, go to Amazon and search for BP Lamp Supply brand Chimneys. Thank you very much!

as well as securing the chimney. br>br>This Lox-style Lox-style Lox-style Lox-style Lox-style Lox-style Lo The Aladdin Lamps that have recently been sold do not have a chimney because they have switched to a 'heel-and-toe' design. The chimney'sits' inside metal 'fingers' around the burner assembly, creating a 'less' design. br>br>When it comes to Lox- When the chimney is rotated about 30 degrees, there are some minor 'bumps' in the glass at the base of the chimney that get caught under ridges around the periphery of the securing ring (around the burner assembly). When it came to securing the Lox-it, I once had an issue with a long-unused burner. The securing ridges (around the burner) did not quite provide the clearance that was required on the chimney. When the chimney is rotated, the securing ridges should only provide a tight enough fit to keep it from moving - It shouldn't be too tight because the chimney gets very hot when the lamp is turned on, so there should be some room for expansion. Because the securing ridges are made of light metal, it's simple to make minor adjustments. When handling and fitting the chimney, keep in mind that you're working with a thin glass structure. Insert the chimney into the securing ridges (around the burner) gently and turn it slowly. If it still won't turn, take a closer look at what's going on. It's likely that the securing ridges aren't allowing enough clearance. If you try to force the chimney shut while it's locked, it'll break.
As a result of the Lox- This chimney cannot be replaced with any other glass chimney due to its design. Nothing else will work, except for the Lox- I'm overjoyed that I was able to locate a replacement and receive it the following day! Thank you a lot!.
This chimney, as well as a couple of mantles, were purchased for a Model B Venetian that I purchased at a charity auction for the ridiculously low price of $2. The bottom of the chimney isn't as nice as it could be, and it took a little wiggling to get it to go down into the burner gallery, but it fit well enough, locked in nicely, and the "bumpiness" of the glass isn't visible once the chimney is in place. When I lit the lamp, it did not break (though it did take some time to warm up), and it performed as a chimney should. br>br>Because the chimney was manufactured in China, it's possible that it wasn't properly annealed. So, if you're having problems with breakage, slowly warm the whole thing up to a full burn, then leave it on for a while, at least an hour, and then cool it down slowly. The glass will anneal in place at the temperatures these babies operate at, and if you let them cool down slowly by turning the lamp down rather than off, they will be less likely to break in the future.
This is not the case. They make beautiful chimneys, but I was hoping for the black wreath that was advertised. I only received a one-line logo in a modern style.
The chimney I received was not the same as the one shown in the photo. Because it featured the crest emblem, I specifically ordered this one. On the top of the one I got, it just says "Aladdin. " It fits fine, but not in the way that it was advertised. I'll attach a photo of my haul.
This chimney is quite nice. It arrived safely packaged and on time, and it looks old fashioned and fantastic. Unfortunately, it does not fit perfectly (this is my fault, not the sellers'), but it still looks fantastic. I'd buy from this seller again in a heartbeat.
This will be used to replace a cracked one that I currently have. The package was in excellent condition upon arrival. I'm not familiar with the modern Aladdin replacement type, but this is the Lox-type. on the current version.
Chimney is lovely. After breaking my previous one, I'd been in desperate need of a replacement for quite some time. This is the twist and lock that fits my old lamp perfectly. Ready to use and filled with parafin oil.
