It's difficult to determine. It's more of a teal color. It's more blue, in my opinion. It goes well with the other kitchen aids in the same color family. The image of these measuring cups is incorrect.
Neither. It appears that it is enameled. It's possible that they'll rub off over time, particularly if you use abrasive sponges or detergents. However, in our 12 years of selling online, we've never received any complaints or reviews about them rubbing off.
Yes, these are plastic; however, if properly cared for, they should last a long time.

This is fantastic! To begin with, they do not warp in the dishwasher. After several months of use and washes, we always run these through the dishwasher on sanitizing mode (high heat) and heated dry mode, and they still look brand new. The handles are curved by design right out of the box to allow the smaller measuring spoons to stand up on the counter without spilling. When you're filling a measuring spoon and realize you've forgotten a step, it's no big deal; simply set it on the counter for a few moments. Fantastic design (as seen in the photo). These are slightly flexible, but nice and rigid for scooping or stirring; they don't bend or twist, and I like that the grippy portion of the handle is a continuously molded piece of the handle; unlike many other models, there's nowhere for water to get trapped. These are exactly what I needed and would highly recommend them. Advantages: br>br>

Purchase these items at your own risk. These were purchased because they were Kitchen Aid, but they are difficult to operate. (1) The measurement cannot be read. Even with my glasses on, reading the markings is difficult because they are the same color as the plastic and blend in so well. Isn't it true that the primary purpose of measuring cups and spoons is to measure? They are useless if you cannot read them. (2) Measuring cups are difficult to store because of their shape. Although the plastic is thick and sturdy, the cups have a bulge that prevents them from fitting into my kitchen drawer. Otherwise, the drawer will not close because there is something else around them. br>br>I gave the set to my son, who says he may or may not use them because he, too, wears glasses and has trouble reading measurements. Moreover, he is only 21 years old! I'm thinking about returning them to Amazon as I write this.
I recently received the measurements, and they are rubbing off. What a letdown!.
When I saw this measuring cup set, I knew I had to have it, and I'm glad I did. They've added a splash of color while remaining simple to use in my kitchen. The sad part is that they cannot, and will not, be washed in the dishwasher. I'm keeping them because, aside from that flaw, they're a good product that's easy to clean. In reality, there is no way to go wrong with these.
Looking at the photos, that's only possible with the black one, which is why it's more expensive; I believe the other colors make it difficult to read what the measuring unit is.
This set will suffice as a replacement for all of my mismatched measuring cups. I put them in the dishwasher and they came out fine. I like the small grip on the handle and expect to use them a lot. I also like the color.
Color is one of my favorites. Because of the round form, it's easy to scoop out what you're measuring. The spoons come with an extra 1/2 Tablespoon, which I've never seen in a spoon set before. It's fun to find items in these colors because I'm changing the color scheme in my kitchen to turquoise (sea glass blues and green).
