I've had to convert recipes online with metric measurements for the measuring spoons on occasion, so this is extremely useful because each spoon has both metric and standard measurements right on it. This conversion is already printed on liquid measuring cups, which I discovered. br>br>Once I've mastered all of them, the rubber color coding will come in handy. I'll simply grab that color and know exactly what I'm measuring. One thing I noticed is that the rubber piece in the handle is removable, so if you get water in it and can't get it out, you can take it out and let it air dry so it doesn't get moldy. I've noticed that if the rubber seal on some of my glass containers isn't removed and allowed to dry, the seal will become moldy. I don't believe it will be any different this time. It's important to be aware of this from the start so that this does not occur. As a result, I didn't give it five stars for ease of cleaning, but I did give it five stars for overall quality. br>br>I am glad I purchased these because they are well worth the money.
I'm not sure if they're stainless steel because the color of the metal is off. These spoons have no markings indicating whether or not they are stainless steel or where they were made (we know they should, but they don't). These, on the other hand, are very nice spoons that are unlikely to last a long time; they're cute, cheerful, fun, and easy to use. find. This was purchased to replace the plastic measuring spoons that I had. I no longer have to be concerned about accurately measuring hot melted butter or coconut oil. I also like the keyring because it keeps them all in one place.
Those are some of the most memorable- Each of the seemingly thick silicone grips is actually only a little more than a quarter inch thick. When five spoons are added together, you have a 1 1/2-inch thick kitchen tool. That takes up a lot of space in our utensil cubby that we don't need. The spoons settled in themselves after I removed the silicone grips, and the entire set is now 1/4 inch thick. So, either pay more for the grips, as I did, or simply buy a set without the silicone. These spoons have a lot of positive feedback, but they don't really deserve it.
