Depending on the size of your door, you'll need to cut the tape.
You don't have to pay a dime - It is not the most effective solution, but it will at least reduce outside noise. My home office has thin walls, so it helped a lot.
There is a grayish tint to it
I don't know, there's nothing that says "made in USA.". It certainly slowed or stopped the draft from our door between the garage and the house.

I was pleased with how snug the fit was on our 32 inch door Due to a threshold on the floor, we were afraid it might be too snug. Because of its double sided design, the draft stopper is the perfect design to exclude drafts. It has foam cylinders on each side, which can be adjusted to close off drafts. I only have a small complaint It looks a bit sloppy, but that may be more of a result of the snug fitting. It still does its job perfectly even though it does not look perfect and pretty.
While the fabric is thick enough to prevent ripping, it is thin enough to slide easily under a Using a pair of kitchen scissors, the foam can be cut to size. You can use it in so many ways, and it's foolproof. In fact, it keeps my cat from scratching under the door due to its ability to block extra light.
I was able to assemble and install them easily. When I first saw it I thought it would be too thick, but once I put it on I realized it was perfect and could be used for any inside To prevent disappointment, I recommend that you hang on to the spare pieces in case you need to use them on another door later. A lot of material is provided to help make it easy to complete.
It was fairly easy to assemble and seems to work A large gap under our door is preventing noise from entering our house, without having to buy a brand new one.
This is exactly what I needed. I'm glad I got one to try There is equal amount of foam on both sides of this picture. One side slips in easily while the other side is stitched too tightly, resulting in me having to insert three pieces of foam and unable to insert one because there was not enough space left on the right.
This was very easy to install. We just cut foam to what we needed and put 1 side in the sleeve, slipped it under the door, and stuck a piece of Velcro to the back of the door. The only thing I would like is a waterproof material and a skirt that lifts up to cover the foam sleeve above the door to prevent water from getting caught between foam and the door and getting in. On Amazon's website, I attempted to upload my video of the install, but it failed to do so.
We had one that was shorter than the velcro would allow, but I'll just add a little strip of it and it will.
