I was very pleased with the product when I received it. This curtain felt soft and thick in my hand. It can block the wind from entering the room effectively. In addition to replacing our back door, we also need to make some minor upgrades to the floors, but time is always a problem. While I wait for it to be delivered, I noticed there was a draft coming from the door, so I ordered As you may imagine, I was not very hopeful, since I had tried other draft-stopping tools without much success. In any case, I like this one very much! I also tried another that stuck to the bottom of the door and made it difficult to move around. Unlike that one, this one is very different. A great feature of this piece is that it is made of fabric and it is somewhat weighty. By adding weight to it, it helps hold the cold down and absorb it. As I walk by the door, I do not feel any cold air coming in because the draft stopper is on. There was some velcro included with it, but I decided not to use it since we use it alot to let my pup out for potty breaks. Just bending over to move it is enough to do the trick. It may be possible, if we didn't use the door often, to attach it with velcro, but it's working great without it now. My next step will be to see if the seller has a longer stopper that we can use to cover a draft at the My only concern is that this is our main door and if something unexpected happens we could be trapped inside. The stopper is movable and can be crammed in the bottom of the door so it shouldn't cause a significant problem but it's nice to have it available. If you have a drafty door, this door stopper is a great option. The air conditioning might not work in the summer, whether it's for a cooling system or you are losing it.

It is lightweight, easy to move, long enough to cover the widest doors in our home, and thick enough to cover our large 2" gaps between doors and floors (we had carpet prior to installing hard wood, but after that happened, there was an almost 2" gap between doors and floor). As a result of how well this product worked, I bought two more and have them all around the house. We have not had to run our heater continuously and the rooms are warmer (especially at 4am when I get up to go to.

Their length makes them fit our doors well for sure, and their weight makes them significantly heavier than most other door stops. Our farmhouse is old and drafty so this really helps keep the rooms warm. The white one is in the store now, and the brown one is on its way. I like how they look. They are very easy to place at the doors I just throw them down and they stand there on their own. Our next step is to hang them up when not in use. It works very well and is a good price.

Across the street from the room is the kitchen, so there are a lot of sounds and smells coming from the kitchen. The door of the room has a very big gap beneath it. To keep out the smell and noise from my entrance, I purchased this door draft stopper. Since the stopper is heavy, I taped it to the door with the double-sided tape that came in the package. While the stopper is too long for my narrow doors, it serves its purpose when I need a good night's rest. It was a great purchase and I am happy with it.
