This sliding door stopper goes under the door as you open and prevents it from swinging open. I think this would be fine for a door that has just a tiny gap or which is not often opened. In order to not have to worry about jamming every time I use it in my bedroom, I will be ordering something bigger. . . . The quality of the material was good, and the velcro was of good quality. During a sprinkler issue, we had some water damage to our garage door that leads to our backyard. Since the garage floor is uneven, when we fully opened the door inward, it scraped the garage floor, which limited the solutions we could use. To make our purchase of a new door, we decided to have a shorter version cut to allow it to fully open but to leave a gap underneath We made a mess in our garage when we used our blower to clean up the yard. Several of us ordered the draft stopper in the hopes it would close the gap under the door and solve our issue. It became apparent right away that it was a fix once it was installed. Our blower no longer left a mess when we used it. We were able to easily adjust it. Water was even sprayed on the door to see if any leaks were present. What a great way to keep It was excellent and a good price! I recommend it.

Under my door there is about a half inch of space, so I ordered the size with 2" bolsters, which worked out fine because once it was on the door it fit snugly and didn't slide around when I opened it. In terms of downsides, the only major problem is the Velcro There is a lot of excess fabric that will no longer fold neatly down attached to the velcro if your door is on the smaller end of the size range. It doesn't adhere to the velcro well, nor does it go very far down the cover's length. It fits tightly enough on my door that despite this, the fabric doesn't move around too much once it's in place. If the gap between the fabric and door is larger, however, things will be different.

I purchased this to soundproof my bedroom. We have bamboo floors and everything bounces off them and finds its way under the door and into our In the middle of the night when someone gets up to go to the restroom or to watch TV, it can get pretty annoying. So there is double noise filtering. I have to admit, I no longer hear TV or phone conversations in any of the rooms. The air is blocked better than usual, but I did not buy it for air blocking. In terms of the gap under the door, I liked that one aspect the most. The windows would always be open, and there would always be some type of air movement. Easy set up, thanks to the instructions provided. There is an additional piece shown in the directions that is not included, but it is not necessary. It is easier to understand the way they have packaged it. There is nothing more to it than measuring and cutting! This concludes our discussion! It is okay to cur and add Styrofoam extra if you happen to be off on the measurements. When you want to take it out, you can clean it or allow air to flow. You can take it out so easily. Those are all. This is just a whole thing that can be slid out. The process was quick and easy.

Would I recommend this product? Yes!.

I bought four and cut one down to size, and am considering returning the three that haven't been opened. It gets the job done, but it doesn't look as nice as the picture online. It's probably more cost-efficient for me to make them myself, or to cut and sew over the excess, rather than using Velcro. In addition, the velcro was too long for my standard size doors, so it failed to hold the door together.

This product would have been better if the material didn't have to be folded Despite ordering only for a 24 inch door, there was not enough velcro to attach it when folded over at that size. I had to cut the excess off and fold it this way, but it may not fit flat and may be impossible to close the door completely with this item attached.
