For my door to remain in position, it is a little too high off the ground. My whole outfit went right under the door when I went to close my door after putting it on. I couldn't keep it in place since it wasn't snug enough. I suppose if we had used larger foam pieces, this might have worked, but sadly, this did not work at all. As of now, I have no choice but to use a towel until I can find a solution.

The instructions state to cut the inserts according to their size The instructions state, "Do not cut fabric. ". It was 36" doors they wanted. Despite folding back to 32" using the fabric felt holding strips, I was unable to fold the fabric outwards. It used to be my contractors would custom fit flaps for me on. I will continue to search for the best product. Renovations are ongoing. It is a brand new experience for me to deal with doors that have been cut too short in I don't get it. Although it isn't the prettiest looking, this door draft stopper gets the job done. My foam pieces had to be cut to fit the width of the door, then I had to fold the velcro cover over.
