I need to be able to see results in order to properly judge whether or not a supplement is working for me. This is the second time I've used the same bottle in a row. I take two every morning, and the only difference I've noticed is in the health of my nails. They're growing much faster and stronger than they were before I started taking these vitamins, and I'm also noticing a difference in my cognitive speed. Those two distinctions are sufficient for me to continue using this supplement.
For the next two hours after taking these EFAs, I don't have a fishy burp. This is a good EFA. This is something I buy and use on a regular basis without fail.
