There are three different versions of youngevity's EFA product: ULTIMATE EFA with 180 capsules, ULTIMATE EFA Plus with 90 capsules, and ULTIMATE EFA with 120 capsules. EFA MULTI, with its smaller caps and plant-based ingredients, is a good choice. Instead of fish oil, you can use a plant-based alternative. I've used all three, as well as Amazon's git.
