This product is fantastic! It is, however, extremely STRONG! This supplement gave me a bad case of heartburn! If you use it, make sure you're not consuming or ingesting anything acidic. Although I am not a physician, you will thank me for it! Simply using this product resulted in fish burps and a fishy aftertaste in my mouth. Animal produces excellent goods. This, on the other hand, I'm staying away from! I'm thinking of switching to a different brand with a lower dose! I've been a long-time user of Universal products, particularly Animal Pak, and I'm now back on Omega full-time. It's a good product that's relatively easy to swallow despite the large number of pills. It may be less expensive, but you get what you pay for, as the saying goes.

I'm not sure how long this product has been available, but I hadn't heard of it until recently, so I brought a can with me. I've been taking Animal PAK and Animal Flex together, and I enjoy the benefits of both. I did, however, require some Omega 3 fatty acids in my diet, so I purchased this. This has everything you need in terms of fish oil, and I mean everything. I like animal products because they always go overboard. This is no exception, as it is a pill cocktail containing all of the fish oils as well as a few other high-quality oils such as flaxseed. This isn't a supplement that will make you feel better; rather, it's a health promoter that, like most vitamins, provides your body with the nutrients it lacks from your natural diet. The only drawback to this product, in my opinion, is that it only comes with 30 packets, rather than 44, as most other animals' products do.
