Quell is without a doubt one of the best products available. Formulation of the highest quality and purity. Quell comes highly recommended by one of my friends who runs an online fish oil business. He uses it himself! The best deal can be found on Amazon.

Mine are firm but not rock hard, and they give a little when I squeeze them.

I've been taking this supplement for about two weeks and have noticed a significant improvement in the way I move and the way my joints, especially my hips, feel. I'm very pleased with the outcome!br>br>Now, I understand that some of you are concerned about the dreaded "fish burps" and whether or not this product will cause them. I'll be honest and admit that I've had a few minor fish burps, but they were mostly caused by not drinking enough water while taking the capsules. I was told to chill them to reduce burps, and I'm pretty sure that's been a big part of why I've only had a few minor incidents. 4- I take the capsules with a lot of liquid when I take them. 6 oz. In the vast majority of cases, I am unaffected. All I have to do now is make sure I drink plenty of water while taking them, and I should be fine. I've also discovered that taking them before a meal works wonders because all of the extra swallowing ensures that the capsules get all the way down.
Thank goodness for fish oil that doesn't cause bad breath, burps, or headaches. I get headaches from so many other brands. That is not the case with this one. In fact, I used to believe I had a fish oil allergy. It turned out that I hadn't found the right brand; yes, it's more expensive, but I'm willing to pay the extra money to avoid the side effects while still getting these essential nutrients. My partner now takes them, and I'm delighted to kiss him without smelling like a fish. Win win!.
My most recent order arrived with fish oil completely covering all of the pills inside, giving off a strong fishy odor as soon as you open the bottle, and the pills were all stuck together. When I contacted Amazon, they informed me that they would refund my money once I returned the bottle of pills in its original packaging and shipped it back to them. The trouble was not worth it. I would expect much better quality than this for nearly a dollar per pill in fish oil tablets!.
Quell fish oil capsules were suggested by my chiropractor to help maintain the health of my knees and other joints. I was having joint pain, so I asked my chiropractor for some advice. My aching knees have improved dramatically since I began taking these fish oil capsules and performing the deep knee bends and other exercises recommended by my chiropractor about two months ago.
There is no aftertaste or burping, so it appears to be a very good product.
Despite the fact that the product date has not "expired," it is spoiled and as bad as drinking old milk.
