Questions & Answers
Good day, Megan: To get a direct answer to this question, we contacted Innate Choice. They responded as follows: "The oils are made in Norway using a process that preserves the natural triglyceride form as well as the majority of the vitamins found in nature." A three-step organic filtration process is used to keep the product fresh while removing proteins and toxins. Each batch is infused with antioxidants during production, and bottling is done under a nitrogen blanket to prevent oxidation. We also send each batch to a third-party lab for testing before it leaves (summaries are available on our website). There are no synthetic vitamins added, and the Vitamin A and D naturally present in cod liver oil can be seen on the label. There's also Vitamin D3, which is added to provide around 4000 IU for an adult who takes the recommended dosage. The D3 is made from lanolin, and we get it from the best sources in New Zealand. The Omega/OmegA D oils, as well as any of our other products, are not esterified, artificially concentrated, or chemically altered. We strive to make all of our products as close to how you'd get them naturally in your diet, as humans have done for thousands of years. " Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!
I don't keep these fish oil pills in the fridge. Rather than the recommended four pills, I usually take six. These come in a dark-colored plastic bottle, which probably helps with shelf life, but I rarely keep a bottle around long enough to notice if the pills are off-tasting. For at least 8 years, I've been taking these pills. This is an Innate Choice liquid that must be kept refrigerated.
The serving size for two months is four capsules, but it's the best fish oil I've ever had!
The product label does not state "Gluten Free," nor does it mention gluten in the ingredients or that it was processed in a gluten-free facility. This is what you'll need: Organically Filtered Triple Purified wild anchovy , sardine , and mackerel oil, 100% Natural Strawberry Lime Flavor, Proprietary Antioxidat Blend (consisting of: rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate, natural mixed tocopherols). Gelatin, glycerin, and purified water are the main ingredients in capsules.

Excellent fish oil, no fish burps at the dosage I use. I've been taking 2 capsules per day for a while, and due to an injury, I doubled the dosage for a while. There were no fish burps, but I could smell it in my urine after two weeks, so it wasn't worth it; I went back to two a day with no problems. It's a little on the expensive side, but it's well worth it.
I've been taking the Omega Sufficiency capsules for about 6 months now and I'm really enjoying them. It's a simple capsule to take because there's no fishy taste. I would have given this product five stars if the capsules in the last shipment I received hadn't been melted together and misformed. The capsuals were clumped together in some places. During the shipping process, they appeared to have become too hot. It was my responsibility to return them. I've never had this problem before, so I'm hoping it was a one-time occurrence. Perhaps they should package this product in a different way so that it is better insulated.
I can chew them and they don't give me an upset stomach or a fishy taste.
Because the capsules are so big, suck on them if you're having trouble swallowing them. They have a pleasant flavor, with just a hint of fish that dissipates quickly. But it's nothing like the other products I've tried, which left me burping fish for the rest of the day! The lemon flavor has also been used. It's really good!.
We received rancid oil capsules. We didn't open the bottle right away because we were finishing the last one, so it was too late to get a refund by the time we realized what had happened. We've been using innate choice for a long time, but this bottle was terrible!.
For the past ten years, my husband has been using it. He never uses the same thing over and over again.
I had previously purchased the capsules with a lemon flavor. Because they don't make me burp and you don't chew them, I can't tell the difference in flavor. These, on the other hand, are of excellent quality and were recommended to me by my midwives as a good source of healthy fat during my pregnancy.
Good deal.
