I have found it to be less fluffy, and the grains of rice do not stick together when cooked as well. Brands like this one are good to me.

Since Uncle Ben's instant rice stopped making it in April, I purchased a 25 pound bag of white rice! I have used white rice for many years and I had used the instant rice for many years.

I received a wet bag of rice which did not taste An unpleasant chemical smell filled the air As soon as I opened it, I was greeted by a strange smell, and chewing on it was difficult. Could it be old or have been stored in a bad place? It is with regret that I have to deliver.
South Suburban area of Chicago did not have this product in any stores. The 25lb bag of this was ordered via Amazon, but it was hard to locate online. Whenever I follow the microwave instructions for cooking this rice, it always turns out perfectly The grain is never sticky, not watery, just great tasting grain that weighs 25 pounds. In my freezer now, I have quite a few bags. The rice I've prepared from this purchase has proven to be of great quality, so I should be able to eat rice for years to come!.
The most common dish that I use it for is I searched everywhere to find it when I realized I could no longer find it and it was discontinued. There were no discounts found on the Amazon product, but it has a maximum shelf life. For me, it was worth finding the time to buy 25 pounds of it. I received the package quickly and it was well packed.
The reason I bought this was because I heard it was parboiled rice. However, though it is parboiled rice, this rice is different from the kind I tend to use.
In a closed container, it will last for quite a while.
