Thank you Amazon for good customer service! * - Brown rice on the left is from a previous order. A vacuum seal is used to package the item. On the right, you can see one that I just received from Amazon, the red rice. As a result, it is not vacuum sealed. Returns on this item are not permitted. The purchase is finalized, so I have to live with it. I may throw the package out since I have no idea what the contaminants are.
There also isn't a way to get in touch with the seller. Red rice is something I have had before and enjoyed. The last 5 pound bag I bought has just been used up. I'm going to use that Its misrepresentation makes me suspicious, so I am not sure if I should trust it.
