As of now, I am using them as fillings for my macarons and I am very happy with the results. All of the colors that I have tried thus far have remained consistent during baking. I have used them for combining colors as well. used to use Wilton icing colors before I used these, but I must say that using these little bottles is much easier, as you can easily count the drops (while Please note *br* My review has been updated 6 months later, I have taken off one star, and I have returned Colors on the americolor cards aged badly, namely purple and fuchsia, which were almost grey within a month or two of opening them. Similar to what I experienced with Wilton colors, I never experienced anything like that.

The gel food colors I've tried are really nice. I'm very satisfied with how they work. Although the listing appears to be accurate, it has serious flaws. There is an apparent mismatch between the colors shipped to me and the colors in the description, which then differs from the colors in the photo. It occurred to me that the listing and the picture did not match, but that's not altogether unusual, and I always believe what it says The reason I'm frustrated is that I bought this specific set based on the colors provided in the listing, and did not receive all of The kids had already opened and started using some of the supplies when I realized what had happened. There were no mauves, peaches, coppers, forest greens, mint greens, or burgundies in my wish list.

There is a lot of color and beauty here. There is a pink tint but also a purple tint to it. I used it on fondant and buttercream and it came out great! I blended it into the buttercream well, and it took a short time to develop. I have already gone through half the bottle in one It is one of the colors I used on my LOL Surprise cake. received several compliments on the cake, and I heard my clients say that many parents were seeing it and wanted to order it. The attached picture shows my face. There are some distorted colors in this picture due to the fact that my phone doesn't display true color every time. It works better than Wilton, I tell you!.

The end result was a colossal failure! The colors would have looked beautiful if they had dissolved, but they didn't. Gel strings emerged from the bottle as the dye was taken from the bottle. This did not cause them to Almost all the colors did (yellow and green almost did) red, green, blue, pink, and lavender did not. In the end, I had some color, but nearly all of the dye remained in the semi stained liquid as undissolved strands. It was hot water I was using and then I wondered if it was only for use on cold surfaces. I was sure it was cooked, so I was sure it had been! When I tried cold water, I had a bad experience. There was no go, though. I did manage to dye evenly, but the stringers of gel landed on what I was trying to The dark lines are created by drilling through (egg shells). There was even a strainer that I used, as well as smashing the strands. The gel, however, just broke into smaller fragments. It may have been that the supplier stored these in an improper environment since it's my first time with this brand. Because I was working with my grandson on a project, this was a double negative since we were collaborating on it together.

It was great to see them! Everything went perfect - the colors were perfect, the cake turned out beautifully, it was everything I had hoped it would be, and the gels i used made the cake look incredibly professional. I highly recommend them and will definatly purchase them again!.

You get the most red coloring when you dye your hair. This is the red pair I bought for my mom, as she was searching for the perfect red. It takes a lot of red coloring to make it look somewhat pink, and you have to use A LOT. The red color in this pack was the best red she had ever used, and the variety of colors were why she enjoyed it so much. Sadly, she has not used the rest of the colors yet, but when she saw the Red she was so delighted with its outcome, she wasn't concerned that the rest would be less impressive.

There is a tremendous amount of pigment in the colors. If a lot of it is used, it leaves hardly a trace of taste. The fondant is used on my butter cream icing and fondant cake.
