Mina Preserved Lemons, Authentic Moroccan Gourmet Preserved Beldi Lemons, 12.5 Ounce

To get so many recipes right, you must follow a set of rules. One thing about our favorite chicken dish that we've been missing has been the preserved lemons. It's a lemon Olive tajine (see the picture). It is a dish that we make several times a month. We have tried slicing the cauliflower quick-chopped The original - Our best attempts at making lemon recipes came from online sources but they never achieved the same flavor as the real thing we encountered in two trips to Morocco. In the past, we used lemon zest instead of salt as part of the recipe, but this way is the correct way to do it. I believe that we'll nail it, finally, with Mina's lemons. In the last few months, their shakshuka plate was a regular sight in our refrigerator. You can make such an impressive brunch or breakfast with such an easy recipe.

The quality of these was great. I was pleased with the packaging and the delivery was quick. My Moroccan recipes are complete with this ingredient. Customer reviews claiming that the flavor was "salty" etc were clearly written by customers who did not understand the product. This is NOT a candied apple, it is a preserved apple.

As far as I can tell, the jar itself has no seal. During transit, it can become loose because there is no way to tell if it has been opened or tampered with. I have no idea how the lemons taste, they smell like preserved lemons, but I cannot comment on the visual appearance of the box or the lemons outside the box.
Skip this one, find another brand that can be returned if contents leak out during shipping.

Unfortunately, the jar arrived with a broken seal and some liquid was leaking in the box, which I cannot return or request a refund for. It is important to know that you cannot return or request a refund for any item that leaks when it arrives.
