It is truly a pleasure to have my two little bottles, the twins, arrive intact. I ordered two since I figured if they woke up soon, they would slurp their goodness up sooner. I thought it was a wise move. It took them no time for them to wake up where I live. My experiments with them have been successful. In the past, I used to keep fermenting things, but I don't know when last I did. Believe it or not, it is hard for this kind of stuff to survive in the tropics. now (yes, there is a difference) and it only takes those sleeping ones an hour or two to produce a superb product. I used whole milk at first, then Organic Kirkland, but since we are in a rural area very little of our food is grown It's a flown, not a grown product. Then I switched to a dairy in my neighborhood and was very successful. The following are pictures from the trip! I find it rather funny that these little babies actually burp when I open their storage container. I thought that was so But my smoothies are coming to life, if you will! Previously, we used plain yogurt, but now I can have all the fruits and nuts that make me whole from our orchard, including bananas, oranges, figs, and other fruits and mac nuts. As for transferring the Kefir, I purchase two cup glass bottles, which I pour into my blender, along with some ice and frozen fruit. I blend and pour back into the two cup bottles (and I often give the leftovers Isn't that yummy? By using the larger plastic strainer and the extra-large measuring cup, I am able to completely separate the little grains from the big ones. As long as they are tapped and tossed, they add extra thickness to the final product!

My previous order from you was very satisfactory and I am highly satisfied with the whole transaction. The process is so simple. I started at the beginning and finished at the end. I was pleased with the quality of the grains, as well as with the quantity. In fact, when I ordered the grains just a few days ago, I was hearing on the news that a major snowstorm was headed your way, and I was worried that perhaps the grains would get stuck in the snow. Worse still, they got FROZEN in the process. "The thing is. . . ". Due to your thoughtfulness, you sent them so quickly that we didn't miss all of this because my grains just arrived safely.
