I did some research online and watched a few YouTube how-to videos. A word of caution: you will be removing a large number of screws that are no larger than a gnat. Keep an eye on where they're standing. The thin metal plate has two screws that are longer than the others.
Yes, it will work with the A1599 A1600 model of the iPad Mini 3. However, because this kit does not include a home button, you can keep your Touch ID capabilities by using the original button if it is in good condition.
Hi, you can soften the glue and make it easier to remove the screen by heating the edges with a hair dryer.
YES, T Phael sells the product, and Amazon fulfills it.

I have a non-cracked screen that is in good working order. Because the kit does not include instructions, I recommend watching a few YouTube videos to learn how to do this replacement. I would have given it 5 stars if the new screen's adhesion had been perfect; if the kit had come with new double-sided tape, I believe the adhesion would have been perfect; instead, you have to rely on the old adhesive to adhere the new screen, which worked after warming it up again with a blow dryer or heat gun. So far, it's been a positive experience.
This was purchased to replace a previous replacement screen that had failed due to a malfunctioning button. This one lasted a little longer, but the button eventually failed as well. The adhesive holding the button bracket in place came undone, and the button began to regress behind the screen, becoming stuck. br>br>I tried to take the screen off to see if I could reattach the button bracket to the back of the glass, but it broke in the process. That part is obviously my fault, but it's pointless to try to fix it now.
I'm new to replacing screens on Apple products, and I've only done two so far! br>There's an iPhone 6br>And now there's an iPad mini. br>br>It's a breeze to put your hands down! br>br>Quality of the screen is good. br>Button is a little strange, but it's a great game. br>br>It's a perfect fit. br>br>Because someone else had mentioned that the blue strip was stuck to the adhesive, I went slowly and carefully when removing it. br>It came out perfectly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. br>br>I like how it includes all of the necessary tools. And they're actually quite good. br> br>br>Previously, when I ordered a screen, it came with only a shoddy screwdriver. br>br>This package included absolutely everything I needed!.
The instructions show hands peeling back the blue plastic to reveal the adhesive, but this is a lie. lol. The blue film adheres to the adhesive better than the glass. As a result, when you try to peel it off to stick it down, the adhesive with the blue strip comes up. br>br>To peel it back, use a razor blade! br>br>I also believe that the vendor is aware of the problem. This is why they recommend that you buy a bottle of glue along with your purchase. But, hey. br>br> For just over $15, I thought I'd get a new digitizer, tools, and an included home button. They were also quick with their delivery.
I had to use my own adhesive because there was none available. Even though I received less than what was shown in the picture, the tools provided worked extremely well. Overall, the screen is excellent, and I would purchase it again if the need arises.
The home button is a little strange, but it looks good.
A variety of tools are included in the package. I was able to open the digitizer with it. When I try to open the LCD screen, however, it does not work. I was able to unscrew two screws, but the other two were unable to be removed. The bottom two screws are impossible to remove with the small screwdriver. I had no choice but to give up.
However, because this is an advanced repair, you must first learn how to replace the touch screen.
