IC connector, Home button, camera bracket, and adhesive tape/sticker are all included. There aren't any tools, and there isn't any kind of bezel.

Professional installation is strongly recommended; parts damaged during installation will not be accepted for return.

I don't have that problem with my iPad's screen. You may need to recheck the internal connection, but you must proceed with caution because the digitalizer is extremely delicate and can easily be broken.

Is the iPad Mini 2 (A1489) compatible?

Yes, the glass on the first and second iPad minis is identical. The LCD, on the other hand, is not the same. When removing the lcd, be careful because it is held in place on the top back by tape. To help it lift, apply some heat.

Is it possible to swap out a white screen for a black one?

Yes, if the home button matches, you'll need to check the back side at the bottom for a model number that begins with a capital A and ends with four numbers. Also, make sure that the screen is compatible with your model number.

Is this the lcd and digitizer you're looking for?

After many years of repairs, this is the best replacement screen

My kids' iPad mini a1489's digitizer has been replaced at least 8 times. Now I've done it 9 times. Every one I've purchased has never been of the apple quality I had hoped for. This was the cheapest and best of the eight I'd purchased previously. Good adhesive, and the digitizer's see-throughness to the screen is the best of the last eight I purchased.

It's simple to set up, but it's also simple to crack

It is simply too delicate! This is the third time I've purchased this particular screen. Until my most recent purchase, I assumed it cracked and broke as a result of a child's mistreatment. I'd put a screen protector on it and given it a shock-proof case. Within two weeks, however, the screen had cracked and began to have unresponsive patches! What irritates me is that the screen protector is still in place, indicating that the issue is due to the replacement screen. br>br>I'm not going to buy anything else. Even so, I'll give the producers credit for producing a product that is simple to install and has good adhesive.

Although the screen did not stay in place very well, it did fit correctly and function properly. I'm not overly excited because my daughter broke the screen again in about a week. I'll buy it again, but this time with more adhesive.
